"Quiet, clean and in a friendly neighborhood. Staying there took some of the stress out of my Mayo Clinic visits. I always worry about my follow-up visits, but a good quiet place to stay helps me let that go."

"The property was absolutely perfect and nice and quiet. The cabin was amazing to stay in. I wish we would have had time for the horse carriage ride but we will do it next time. "

"We stayed while my adult daughter had a full week worth of appointments at Mayo. It was so comfortable and homey. She was able to have her own space for napping. I was able to walk easily to the small grocery store. We walked to Mayo and St. Mary’s but sometimes took uber. The home was nicely stocked with high quality supplies. It was great to have pryex to store leftover food in. The owners also reached out to check on us after some severe weather. I felt very safe in this home and walking in...

"We had a fantastic stay, really appreciated the proximity to all sorts of fun family activities - we did the Mystery Cave Scenic Tour, our own Amish country driving tour (courtesy of the host supplied map), biked a ton, went to the community pool, did a few of the "nine hole" fishing spots in Preston (stop by Curt's and/or Driftless Flying Fishing for tips), and went for a tube float down the Root River with Root River Outfitters. "We absolutely loved our stay at this home! It was clean, cozy, and located in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. The movie room was a definite highlight — perfect for relaxing after a day out. Everything was well-maintained and exactly as described. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!"

"This home not only met, but exceeded our needs for my family’s weekend in Rochester. Communication with the homeowner was very easy and I found Broc to be very responsive to all my questions. As a result, check-in was a breeze. We found the house to be very clean and outfitted with everything we could possibly need. The neighborhood was cute and very quiet. We come to Rochester frequently. If possible, we will stay here again. "
