"One bedroom suite, complete with washer/dryer. Very quiet. Not a real hotel. More a rental that lots of amenities. But perfect for my needs."

"We came up for the weekend for our fanily reunion . The house is old & smells like an old house, which isn't a bad thing. The house was clean & tidy. We couldn't find the hot tub,but it was all good. We didn't spend much time at the house, except for sleeping & watching tv in the evening. Thank you for a pleasant stay."

"Location and home were excellent, however it needs much better lighting in the living room. We all used our headlamps to read!Overhead cams in the kitchen were burned out as well. We had to run out early Saturday morning to buy toilet paper. Porch furniture needed to be cleaned. We washed the table and chairs so we could use them. "

"My family and I came to Rochester for my son’s first round of follow-up appointments and scans after having surgery for his cancer. We were able to easily walk to all of his appointments at the Mayo Clinic buildings. Your home provided a home away from home for us during this anxious time. We were able to relax and were very comfortable. The bedrooms were all nicely decorated and beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was updated and very nice. "We really enjoyed the cozy cabin. Lanesboro was 10 mins away and very quaint with good food options. We are already planning to come back in the fall to enjoy the fall colors and local apple orchards!"

"It would have been nice to get a heads up about mowing the lawn and having all the grass swept off of the sidewalk so we weren't walking through it and put it into the car or the house. TV remote was not in there The remote that was there did not go to that TV so we could not hook up our computer. The extras were nice. Surprisingly the two air conditioners kept the house cooled off. Not a bad place to stay would consider staying again."

"The house has been recently renovated, so it is very up-to-date. Bedding was excellent. It is a very cozy house - perfect for recuperation! Would only point out the misspelling of the word Quiet in the listing - should be corrected. "

"We enjoyed this place. We had no complaints. The property was well maintained. Everything worked. The garage was especially nice to have a spot near downtown. I had the master bedroom with my own bathroom. Convienent and comfortable. "

"We celebrated our family “Thanksmas” with my daughter’s uncle and his family here. It was a very quick trip but the layout of the house with the three bedrooms, generous kitchen and dining table were perfect for our needs. The 2-year old especially was enamored with the numerous toys provided and the older girls were able to do lots of crafts and games at the dining table. "House was fine, location was not great. Couldn't even go outside without the neighbor dog barking. Owners of the dog did nothing to stop the dog from barking."

"Better than the listing. Super clean. Great location for going fishing. Could use a decent bread knife. Few by of the windows open. Mattress topper on king upstairs is way too soft. Nicely decorated. 5 out of 5 with some minor adjustments. "
