MidCentury Beach House

4-bedroom house on Lake Michigan near Grand Haven. Private beach and close to hiking trails, parks, shopping, and restaurants.

This house is right on the beach and is situated on a quiet, private road. Hoffmaster state park is a short walk up the beach and there are hiking trails and other county parks surrounding the property. Shopping and restaurants are a 15- 20 minute drive to town.


Living Spaces
Your group of up to 11 guests will find plenty of room to spread out here. Watch the waves from your marvelous lakefront living area and balconies from the third floor or the living area and patio on the first floor. This home has 4 bedrooms, 3 on the 2nd floor - one with a connected bathroom with a walk-in, handicap-accessible jacuzzi tub and air conditioning. There is a second full bathroom on this floor. The 4th bedroom is on the 1st floor along with another full bathroom and a large laundry space with a washer and dryer. There is plenty of couch seating in both living spaces.



Cooking & Dining
The roomy, open kitchen will quickly become the central hub for snacking, chatting, and planning your day. There is a counter with 3 barstools and a small table for seating in the kitchen with a large dining area across the hall. There is a gas grill on the adjacent deck.

No weddings allowed. Dogs are welcome, but please get prior approval. The minimum age requirement of lease holder is 35 years old. Guests can be under 35 years old, the lease holder must meet the age requirement. Thanks.

Available for monthly rentals. Please send an an inquiry with your travel dates and we are happy to supply monthly pricing for your trip and flexible check in and check out dates.

Beautiful beach

Right on beautiful Lake Michigan! The sandy beach was beautiful. We spent most of our days down by the beach. Lauren, the owner was wonderful to work with and would absolutely stay there again. The house is very big and just steps from the beach. Even the dogs enjoyed it!

A Perfect Family Getaway

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful home in Spring Lake, Michigan, and we couldn't be happier with my experience. From the moment we arrived, the stunning view of Lake Michigan took our breath away. Waking up to the serene waters and golden sunsets was an absolute treat. What truly stood out was the owners' incredible responsiveness. They were always just a message away, making sure our stay was comfortable and hassle-free. It's clear they take great pride in their property and genuinely care about their guests' experience. The spaciousness of the house was a huge plus. With ample beds and large rooms, our family of six had plenty of room to spread out and relax. Whether we were gathering in the open living area or enjoying quiet moments on the deck, the layout of the house was perfect for bonding and spending quality time together. It also has excellent wifi, just in case you have some work to do mid-week. But what truly made this rental special was its ability to create unforgettable family memories. We found ourselves making the most of every moment. The kids loved waking up and building sandcastles on the beach. Evenings were spent playing games and watching epic sunsets. If you're looking for a place that offers breathtaking views, attentive owners, generous space, and the chance to make amazing family memories, this home in Spring Lake, Michigan, is the perfect choice. Our time here was magical and already planning our next visit.
