"The property was clean when we checked in. The pictures and ad are accurate. It has all the basic necessities you would need for a comfortable short stay. The location is really close to downtown area and everything else you'd wanna visit and do while in Grand Haven. Only real complain is the single bathroom which can become a problem if more than 2 people stayed in the house. A second bathroom or even half bath would have made this place close to perfect."

"We had a great time! This upstairs space was just what we needed while in Holland. With so many delicious local restaurants, we didn’t need to worry about having a kitchen to cook in😊. We enjoyed walking in the neighborhood in the evenings, looking at the beautiful homes and flowers. We were just a short drive to downtown Holland and loved being close to the fun of Tulip Time!"

Pricing was very reasonable given how overpriced Holland can be in general. Host and Property Manager were communicative and provided lots of info about the area - restaurants, things to do, etc. The only downside - nobody at fault here - was the significant roadwork being done while we were there. "First the good: clean as a whistle. Great location. A good setup for our group. Cons: inadequate kitchen linens. Two bar rags for each kitchen. No dish towels. No dish pan. The mattresses were waaay past their prime and insufficient bed linens. We should have figured it out ahead of time but there’s no ac so bring fans . The weather was perfect so it wasn’t a real problem for us but if it was hot it would’ve been awful."

"We had a crew of relatives with 6 kids and 9 adults and this place was so accommodating for our crowd. Kids loved great bunk room. The deck are worked out well for our only personal outdoor space. Kitchen was huge and well stocked. Manager was very attentive. Would go again."

"We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. The owner really thought everything out. We had everything we needed. The property exceeded our expectations. The outside was fantastic. Plenty space and area to hang out, grill, relax and make s’mores. The sitting areas with the grill was covered and has a tv. So even when it rained we were able to enjoy the outside.
