"Great location, clean, well stocked kitchen. Iron and ironing board available. They do provide small toiletries. 1 TV in the lower level (basement) but wasnt a huge deal for us since we were busy helping with a wedding. Could use more towels and linens. We bought our own ice since there were no rrays and ice maker in fridge was not working. Comfortable and convenient to walking and exploring downtown Frederickburg. "

"Overall the property was great, very clean inside, and this is a must in my mind. We don't do dirty. The home is very cute and great proximity to the lake, breweries, and spots for food. We only had short stay over a weekend but would love to go back for longer stay. Only things I would recommend is getting all the cob webs and saw dust cleaned up around the front door before guests arrive. "This house is everything shown in the listing and more! We were so thrilled to get to stay here for two days and spend time splashing in the water, relaxing in the hot tub, and chatting around the fire pit. The inside of the home was well appointed and very comfortable for 7 of us. It was the perfect way to spend Memorial Day weekend. We took advantage of the private dock and covered slip, as well as the neighborhood boat ramp. Kaleigh was very nice and answered my questions in record time.
