I will say that I paid in advance and was nice made aware of a policy that includes charging my card BEFORE I stay in the room and as if they are assuming I’m going to break all the motel rules. "Hot water heater broke and checked in and couldn’t use or bathroom or facilites. AC in room did not work well at all, bed and furniture were of poor quality . Overall had a terrible corriente and had to check out early and change our plans. "

"Hotel and staff were excellent. Slight problem: woke up at 3:30 in the morning a little warm, so turned on the air conditioner. Unfortunately, it whistled and kept us up. I told the staff in the morning and they said they were aware of that problem and will need to fix it. Gave me a $30 room credit but would prefer to have had a sound sleep."
