Ruby River Hotel Downtown Spokane
"The outdoor pool is amazing, and the hotel is very well located. However, the rooms feel dated, with popcorn ceilings and a noticeable musty smell. In our first room, the shower drain backed up, which was unpleasant, and the air conditioner made intermittent noises that woke us during the night. ..."

"When booking our room we had pictures showing a little area outside with a sliding glass door on the ground level that was labeled at courtyard view...with that being said yes, our room on the 2nd floor however there was not a balcony or little outside sitting area that we were really looking forward ..."

"We paid for the room but the hotel didn’t have a room available when we arrived. They did provide a room at another hotel but it did not have the same amenities. There was no pool for the kids."
