"It is an older facility they are trying to keep up. Our room was a handicapped roll in shower room. They had made over the bathroom but should have put an additional floor drain in outside of the actual shower, and a longer tube on the hand-held shower head, as well as a holder closer to the height of the horizontal grab bar for it. "Proximity of the hotel to all of the events, Sykes, that sounds of Branson is the selling point. Although the hotel was clean, it felt very dated."

"The walls seemed thin. We could hear people beside and above us moving around. The tub was extremely slick when you stepped into the shower. The a/c was loud. Now the good!! Bed was really comfortable. The deck had 2 chairs so you could sit outside your room. Around the place itself it was quiet. You could hear birds singing!!"

"Door would not latch …were given a screw driver to pop spring back in to make latch until maintenance could fix it in am….shower did not have a lip on it and shower curtain did not hold water back so floor was soaked if you showered…breakfast was limited and coffee was cold"

"The room looked like it had recently been remodeled, and was clean. They don't do breakfast anymore, but they had a coffee station. Pool was not open while I was there not sure why. Motel was very close to restaurants and not far from the main strip."

"It was an old tired motel, but at least it smelled good. I didn’t see any bugs. People still smoked outside so you had to smell their cigarette smoke and their marijuana."

"On the room they were a couple of broken stuff and the fridge door barely close and was rusty.. some towels were stained and the receptionist have and attitude and don't how ro print a receipt.. Good things was the location that is on the center of everything."

"Rented the Presidential Suite since it was claimed as the best room in Branson. No its not. I've stayed at much nicer places for half the $$. Yes, in Branson. I understand they were going for a Tuscan romantic vibe. The furniture was old, the bed looked like a haystack stuffed in a sack. The saving grace was the ornate bathroom, which was very luxurious. The multi head shower did not work. The view from the tenth floor looking over table rock lake was very nice. There was not a full kitchenette...

"The Motel was clean, fresh and bed was comfortable. Pool was closed due to maintenance (weather was cool and wet so it didn’t matter). Parking was plentiful. Staff was knowledgeable and helpful. I would recommend this motel and I will stay there again. I usually went out for breakfast with family that lives there."
