"A lovely position right near the conference centre and friendly staff who are also very helpful. Room was good and the bed firm enough and comfortable. Parking is available but quite tight if there is a few large cars. You are less than 10 minutes walking from the centre of Harrogate and surrounded by good restaurants and drinking bar. I had a very enjoyable time there. 😊"

"The room was clean and the staff friendly. I probably would not come here again mainly because they do not serve breakfast. Their website states that breakfast is made to order and I recall seeing it on the expedia page but then was notified a day before about where to go for food instead. I asked on arrival and they have not served breakfast in 3 years. Inconvenient but not the end of the world. The shower had someone else's soap in it and the body wash was never renewed after use. "It was a beautiful stay! The only downside was that the lift wasn’t working and they put us on the top floor with my mom having a disability so it was difficult for her to do all those stairs."

"The hotel is in a great location and we enjoyed our stay. The only thing that left a mark was the bed, it was quite uncomfortable because it was not a double bed but one that was made up for two out of a single and what seemed to be a sort of pull out bed. That was the only minor thing during what was otherwise a lovely stay!! We did highlight to staff and hopefully they will upgrade the bed. Thank you to the staff who were brilliant !!!"

"Room was lovely, but the mattress was obviously old as it sagged in the middle. The hotel is right on a main road so a lot of noise and music playing till very late in the evening. It’s ok for an overnight stay but wouldn’t recommend longer"
