"This is a nice clean facility and what is great about it had all the amenities a guest would need from complimentary meals, items you need for cooking, Utensil - even the bathroom shampoos and other items for showering are top notched! I would rate it 10 out of 10 for a family looking for no worry stay - close to parks - Attraction - and great eating and breakfast places and bbq joints - outstanding facility and we feel it’s a safe and quiet place to stay! Highly recommended!!"

"The area is quiet and clean. Gravel driveway was an issue if you ride a motorcycle like me, but other wise good spot to stay."

"The location and size of the room was very nice but there were a lot of gnats in our room and a crazy amount of cockroaches outside our room at night. I wish the windows had curtains. The room was very bright in the morning with just the blinds and the sun windows. The extra towels and blankets were very nice though."

"I didn't get to stay there only one night. I was transported by ambulance to a hospital so I really can't evaluate the stay I wish I could get money refunded. I paid for the whole stay and only spent one night Oh well, life I guess"

"Good location to Zion and it wasn’t dirty which are the two things I cared about the most. Check in and out was easy. Parking was convenient. AC wasn’t the greatest. The bed was okay as the bed was super springy and the blankets were extremely thin. I wouldn’t rely on the hairdryer here as it hardly blew any air. However it was a cheap place to stay."

"Good Breakfast. Perfect location to go to the hot springs and zion! WAY less expensive than staying in Springdale. Ton of restaurants near by that are also not as expensive. Great spot for a budget friendly trip!"

"The hotel was clean! The rooms and linens were clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The cleaners did an excellent job of making beds and replacing towels. She did not disturb our things. It was by far one of the best hotel experiences we have ever had!"

"The staff was helpful and the hotel was clean. My room had a shower head that was pointed towards the wall and I couldn't move it. Luckily i was still able to take a shower so I didn't bother the staff about it. Great place to stay while in the area!"

"The building was a little bit older, but very clean. Rooms were comfortable. Staff was very helpful. I liked that the room had a refrigerator in a microwave and a coffee maker. The free breakfast was ok. I would’ve liked to see more proteins other than preformed little egg patties. Maybe bacon and cheese to make sandwiches, or scrambled eggs and bacon. I was satisfied with my stay."

"This property was amazing! Super clean, full kitchen with pots, pans and appliances. We are a family of 5 so my son slept on the Queen pull-out. Management very easy to get a hold of. Pool is somewhat small but does the trick when you want to cool off after a long hike. About 15 minutes from Zion. We will Definitely be back!"

"We stayed in a teepee did not like the fact that it said was for 6 people . We only had 5 and not enough room at all . The one so called pull out or bed was as hard as a rock and did not fit my 2 teenage boys . The shower was terrible!!!!! The shower head would not stand up it only sprayed directly down the wall . Like I said it was made for 6 people and we only had 5 plates total . We ended up renting a wagon too because of the small space . The staff especially the girl who worked the desk and...
