"This is a nice clean facility and what is great about it had all the amenities a guest would need from complimentary meals, items you need for cooking, Utensil - even the bathroom shampoos and other items for showering are top notched! I would rate it 10 out of 10 for a family looking for no worry stay - close to parks - Attraction - and great eating and breakfast places and bbq joints - outstanding facility and we feel it’s a safe and quiet place to stay! Highly recommended!!"

"I booked our room minutesbefore we arrived. Room did not originally have a balcony, but I asked Front Desk man if he couldfind one. I’m so happy that today because he did find us a room with a balcony. Even better it looked over the pool. I will stay at a Wyndham hotel again. I’m actually driving to Flagstaff and looking for a motel because of our stay in UTAH."

"The location and size of the room was very nice but there were a lot of gnats in our room and a crazy amount of cockroaches outside our room at night. I wish the windows had curtains. The room was very bright in the morning with just the blinds and the sun windows. The extra towels and blankets were very nice though."

"Good location to Zion and it wasn’t dirty which are the two things I cared about the most. Check in and out was easy. Parking was convenient. AC wasn’t the greatest. The bed was okay as the bed was super springy and the blankets were extremely thin. I wouldn’t rely on the hairdryer here as it hardly blew any air. However it was a cheap place to stay."

"Well, it was inexpensive. The hotel is a bit out of the main town but is on the route to Zion NP. The hotel is a bit rundown and in need of TLC. Our room was comfortable, came with a microwave and mini-refrigerator. However, it was noisy with cars zooming past and thin walls which let us hear our loud neighboring room guests. The buffet breakfast was fine. I don't recommend this hotel and would spend a bit more if I were to visit this area again. BTW, Zion NP was great with lots to do and...

"Be prepared for extremely worn towels that are dingy In color and only one large towel per guest. You want more? Bring your dirty towel to them and thy will exchange it after inspecting it. The breakfast could be more flavorful, potatoes and sausage are really undercooked. The lemon water is not available when someone actually could use it. So if you see it grab it and fill up your water bottles. The staff park in the guest parking at the front so be prepared to have to walk a little...

Strong hot water, everything working, great A/C, etc. My only disappointment was the coffeemaker was tiny and hard to fit a filter and good ground coffee I brought. They only offered 4 packets of decaf which is unacceptable for anyone who loves good coffee. The other negative was that the breakfast was all carbohydrates and sugar: waffles, syrup, boxed cereal flakes and sugar so for a carnivore like me,...
