"The location of this property is excellent, especially for seeing a show at Sphere. Also very convenient to get out to the strip. Staff members were great - the guys out front helping with bags and giving us a ride back to our building were EXCELLENT!! Our experience with the Concierge was the only area that we felt was lacking. The guest bathroom in our suite should be updated with a new shower floor - it was cracking, peeling up, and discolored....I think it was clean but that shower made it...

"We had the BEST stay at Elara Club!Our room was 6009 on the top floor, with a balcony! The views were out of this world. Be prepared for ear popping when going up and down the elavator, you get used to it eventually.
The room had everything! Kitchen comes stocked with utensils and pots, pans , dishes etc. microwave, stove , wine cooler. one thing that did bother me is that they empty the ice machine in the fridge between stays and that left us with an empty ice machine. We had a full washer...

"Great location! Easy walk to The Sphere and to the strip.
Room was comfortable. Wish they had King beds! Grocery stores nearby. The kitchen cabinets were old and looks like they were painted many times. They also had a lot of dust. Overall room pretty good and we would stay again! Everyone at front desk very helpful and nice!"

"The rooms were wonderful and loved the atmosphere of the place but the very best thing about our stay was the staff.
From housekeeping, room service, front desk, valet etc. the service was fantastic.
Every person we encountered was super friendly and seemed happy in a way that appeared to be perfectly genuine.
Really helps your mood stay elevated and adds to the enjoyment to deal with folks that have that sort of attitude.
The only negative I will mention is the fact that food choices seem...
