"Perfect home base for the Sphere!"

"Staff is great especially the check-in person, the lobby room coffee/convenience shop lady, and the bellboy staff including the lady Pat. All were super knowledgeable and helpful and pleasant. Made the interactions with them engaging and memorable. However the facilities seem old inside the room, the rooms dark, stuffy, too basic and not very pleasant. And one the bedrooms was quite perfume-y and dry that it caused nose bleeds and sore throat and super itchy/dry skin during our entire stay."

"I count my lucky stars that I found this hotel because it was absolutely perfect. Close enough to the Strip (5 minutes) without the Strip noise. No casino on site so no smokiness. It truly felt like a home away from home. I like how secure the building was (you needed your room key to enter after hours), how nice the receptionists were. We did get upgraded to a suite so we had so much more room than first anticipated. The Murphy bed was comfy enough and easy to get down at night and store during...

"Excellent upgrade provided as an Expedia Gold tier! Love the hotel. Views were amazing. The room was very spacious. Only complaint is that I couldn’t request to check in early when I called before flying in, they told me that because I booked with a 3rd party, they couldn’t open my reservation and I even couldn’t pay extra for an upgrade even if I wanted to because it was booked via 3rd party. When I got to the hotel, the receptionist said I could have called to request to check in earlier....

"We arrived after 4pm, and the room was still not ready. We accepted a handicapped accessible room, which was the only one available. The kids’ got water on the bathroom floor each time they showered in the walk-in shower. The dryer ate my quarters without turning on, but maintenance resolved the issue quickly. Our room keys stopped working on day 2, but the front desk resolved that quickly. The room’s carpeting did not appear to be clean. It would be cleaner if the carpets were removed....
