"Ideally situated for us to get to the main attractions near by. Plenty of car parking spaces. Reception very helpful. My room was very spacious bed a bit on the hard side but there’s nothing like your own bed. Bathroom en-suite and both were immaculately clean. We ate at the hotel and that was also of a good standard. Would definitely recommend and stay again."

"Excellent location, staff were amazing, attentive, willing to go above and beyond in terms of service, the room was lovely and clean. I would highly recommend. My only criticisms are that the soap in the shower was clearly watered down. Also it would have been helpful to have been notified that there is a car park right next door to the hotel which is cheaper (even once the hotel discount is added) but much closer than the recommended Q-Park one and you don’t have to book it online. "Lovely staff and close by to everything we needed"

"Room was in good condition. One of the bed side lights was hanging off. Bathroom clean and great pressure from the shower, with a large walk in shower facility. Breakfast is excellent!!!! There was only one member of staff on for our check in, no staff at the bar. She was great but was doing too much. "

"Staff lovely, room clean and comfortable, parking easy. BUT… room was close to the corridor fire doors and main doors. Felt like the doors were banging behind our heads every time they closed. Really dreadful night’s sleep meant a super hard day and a difficult drive home the next night. A hotel has one job, a good night’s sleep. "Excellent alternative to the hotels & apartments in town. Fully equipped kitchen, good WiFi for work, Very clean and organised. Great Reception & Housekeeping team. Close to Lime Street Station. Plenty of shops nearby. The Bekas Cafe is very good. Recommended. "

"This hotel was perfect for our overnight stay. The staff are very welcoming and friendly and go out of their way to help. Our room was clean and comfortable. The only downside was the bathroom which although clean needed a refurb as there was mould all over the ceiling, a crack in the sink, etc. "
