"This place was great for our stay in La Crosse. Plenty of room for me and my 2 teenage kids. My only disappointment was that vrbo had the property pinned across the street from the La Crosse Center where I was attending a conference but the actual location of the property was 4 blocks away. So what I thought would be a 2 minute walked was actually an 8-10 minute walk. Other then that the place was cute, clean and still within walking distance of shops and restaurants. Kids had a great time and...

"Great location, peaceful and comfortable. Had everything we needed for a good stay. I would suggest a little more deep cleaning and some sort of instructions for operating the heat system . Possibly some temperature control before guest arrive . But otherwise a great cabin ,would stay there again when in the area . "

"Beautiful property with lots of wildlife. Great bird watching. Extremely quiet and relaxing. We got to spend time just sitting on the porch, watching the birds and the deer. The only drawback there was and no fault of the owners of the property is that the bridge was out so we had to go around about 10 more minutes to get to the home. All in all, it was a great time to spend with family and enjoying the many sports and activities in the area."

"Our stay worked out great! Everybody had a good time. Our owner was very accommodating allowing us to add an extra day. The cabin was neat and orderly. Would not hesitate to go back again."

"I stayed at Pheasant Cottage with my two dogs, and it was perfect. The view of the lake is beautiful, and the backyard is huge. The canoes are nearby, and the cottage is separated from the lodge so it feels secluded, even when the resort is fully booked. We'd love to come again! "

"The interior of the home is beautiful. The exterior needs some work. The host was very helpful and accommodating. Would definately stay again"

"A nice place. We loved the open kitchen, dining, and living space. We enjoyed the perfect weather grilling, playing yard games, and chilling on the porches. The feel small with the big double sized bunk beds, but the bunk beds are good. "

"Faye's place was perfect for our one night stay after a concert at the La Crosse Center. We enjoyed the vintage/theme decor. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment we needed to make and serve breakfast. The host responded quickly to questions. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Clean, cozy, and beautiful escape. The grill/smoker was awesome and we loved sitting on the wrap-around porch to listen to the wildlife around us. Kyle and Kirsty were communicative and responsive hosts. This was the perfect secluded cabin getaway! "
