"The listing, if anything, undersells the quality and cleanliness of the property. Spacious, well-appointed rooms, comfortable locations for cooking, movie watching, or conversations by the fire. The hosts could not have been more gracious, and everything was clear and easy to locate. We had everything we needed in the kitchen to make a large, complicated dinner and then spent a great night eating it by the fire (they even gave us firewood!) "The other reviews were right about the mouse. I saw it run inside the house. The water pressure is horrible. If someone is showering no one else could use the water. And the water temp was all over the place. The beds were way too soft and there was barely any storage for clothes except the closet. Both fridges were full of old expired food when we got there. There was a milk that expired in 2023 in the fridge in the garage. The pool was really nice and the space is a lot bigger in person. "

"This is our second stay here and we absolutely love this house! The host is wonderful and communicative. The house is clean, cozy, and warm. The beds are great and there is plenty of room for 5 adults. And you just can't beat being next to the Delaware River! We look forward to staying here again next time we are in town!"
