    The property has an internal area of 3800sq. ft. and includes 7 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms.
    This property is for an occupancy up to 16 people but we offer a price based on occupancy offering special price for smaller groups

    It offers a large fully-equipped kitchens(350 sq.ft), a dining room with a fireplace and a large living room.
    In addition the villa has a laundry room with washing machine and dryer, ironing board and iron.
    We also offer a shelted bbq area with a beautiful view and an amazing huge private wood for your trekking in contact with the nature

    The impressive garden complete with a private swimming pool and a hot tub allows you to enjoy a relaxing holiday and is perfect for taking time out with al fresco dining, sipping on a glass of local wine, enjoying a covered BBQ area, lounge chairs with outdoor fire pit to create the right atmosphere in any season.

    Also children have access to lot of space for their games: ping pong table, volleyball net, bocce balls, badminton... etc.

Wonderful house, in amazing location - 5 stars all round!

Took my family here in April & astounded by the quality, size and private location of the house. Jacopo was so helpful in organising the booking - and being good enough to open the pool for us early (and yes, it WAS cold, but wonderful!). All of the facilities were five star, Jacopo & Fabio both looked after us wonderfully well. The house and grounds are sensational and we will be visiting again. Thank you - and hopefully we will see you before too long!

A wonderful place for friends to experience the Tuscan lifestyle

This was a wonderful property if you’re looking for a quiet Tuscan experience. The host couldn’t have been more helpful -from the wonderful meals they prepared for us to the tour and travel arrangements they were on it!! The house is very comfortable and bedrooms comfortable and clean! We had a lovely time enjoying the hot tub. The pool would have been used except for the cool temps we had. I would recommend Villa Caggia!!!

THE REAL TUSCAN DREAM

I had a fantastic staying at Villa Le Caggia with my family in April. The natural surrounding of the Villa is stunning and the Villa itself, on the top of the hill, is surprisingly beautiful. Maurizio, Domenico, the 2 Fabios and Elisabetta (the owner and a great Artist) are the authors of the restructuring of this ancient typical Tuscany villa and, most of all, of the interior decor which make the real impact. We were surprised by the research behind every detail around, inside about forniture and decor, outside about the garden, the pool area, the walk around path through the green of the park. Very good food and great wine as completion of the picture.

A wonderful Tuscan holiday

We have little to add beyond the other wonderful reviews of this property, It was the perfect place for our Tuscan visit. We did side trips to Siena, Monteriggiano, and to the Chianti area. The house, pool, game room, and everything was perfect. Fabio was great throughout the booking process and arranged transport, day trips, etc. (We were one of the rare visitors to the property that did not book a car - we didn’t want the hassle. ) The real star of Villa Le Caggia is Maurizio. He came every morning to check on the house (and heat the wonderful hot tub!). He prepared our welcome dinner and also did a cooking class. Our children made ravioli, tiramisu, and a delicious pork dish. We took the advice of another reviewer and had him cook for us more than once. He actually cooked six of our seven dinners and they were superb! He also helped us with buying groceries or anything else we needed! In short, we recommend the property 100%. A Tuscan Jewel: An Oasis of Art, Comfort, and Genuine Hospitality

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this remarkable Tuscan villa, and I must say, the experience was genuinely unparalleled. It is rare to find a place that combines art, comfort, and hospitality with such finesse, yet this villa achieves it gracefully. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by Janine, who proved to be the epitome of a perfect host. She conducted a thorough tour of the villa, highlighting each room's unique features and the remarkable art scattered throughout the home. Many of these pieces are the work of the talented owner, Elisabetta, adding a highly personal touch to the inviting space. The atmosphere of the villa emanates the warmth of a loving family home, filled with decorative pieces that exude a sense of thoughtful intention. This is not merely a rental property but a home decorated with love and now being shared with the world. The kitchen, spacious and well-appointed, became the heart of our stay. It allowed us to create wonderful homemade meals that we often enjoyed while taking in the stunning vistas of the Tuscan sun setting over the rolling hills. The villa offers numerous spaces designed for different moods and occasions. Whether we wanted to gather as a group or find a secluded corner for quiet contemplation, the villa accommodated all of our needs. We hope to return and share this incomparable experience with more of our family and friends!

One of the best vacations ever!

First: location. It is perfectly situated close to Siena and other amazing Tuscan towns. The drive was very easy (thanks to google maps) and easy to get around. Even though getting to Siena is only 20 minutes the property itself couldn't feel farther away (a good thing). It is quiet and surrounded by amazing beauty. The grounds are well kept (thanks Fabio)! I took so many videos and panoramic shots of the place because it really didn't feel real. It is STUNNING. Second: Amenities. A pool, hot tub, ping pong, hammock, badminton, fire pit... Not kidding! Amazing. And a washer AND dryer. Rare in Italy! And... wait for it... WINE. Fabio and Jacopo have wine from all over that you can purchase (at very reasonable prices) and tell them how much you have had. Many nights after the kids went to sleep we took a bottle and went to the hot tub. Who could ask for more? Third: Fabio and Jacopo. Best hosts! Jacopo helped us plan our trip and was always very responsive. He connected us with someone for wine tours and they were two of our favorite days (yes, with two couples and 4 kids). And the cooking!!! I highly recommend having Jacopo cook for you! We had long days of wine tours (sigh) and would make it back "home" at 6pm to an amazing meal. We only wish we had done it every night! We were two couples with 4 young girls (two 5 year olds and two 3 year olds) and it is rare to actually call a trip a vacation anymore. But this was. An amazing, relaxing, beautiful vacation. Thank you, Jacopo and Fabio for one of the best family vacations we will ever have. And we plan to come back!!!! xoxoxoxo

Trip of a lifetime

Jacopo, Mauritzio, and Fabio were delightful and most attentive to all of our requests and plans. They lined up a great driver for us who spoke very good English and a lovely guide named Mary Elena who took us on several tours of the small villages and the wineries around the Tuscan countryside. The villa was exceptional. Very modernized with everything you could hope for and yet awash with the sense of timelessness that permeates Tuscany. My husband and I travel abroad every year and have had many trips that were wonderful but our time at Villa Le Caggia stays with us like the memories of your first love. We are planning on a return trip in 2021.

Amazing Tuscan experience!!!

Wonderful, charming property with all the modern amenities with no detail overlooked. Many delightful corners, spaces, activities for friends and family to enjoy their stay. Spacious bedrooms and more bathrooms than 10 people needed. Jacopo was a wonderful host, who made us a welcome meal for 10 weary travelers from various parts of the world. We also took advantage of Jacopo's Tuscan cooking class, which resulted in a great experience for all and a wonderful dinner. It was a great place to explore nearby towns, with rental cars arranged through Jacopo.

Absolutely a wonderful villa and great location!

We were met with a warm and sincere welcome from both Jacopo and Fabio. Great managers of villa. Made sure our stay was perfect. Villa was well stocked with wine for all 12 of us and plenty of room for all. Jacopo even had a guitar that my husband Greg played to entertain us all every night around the fire pit. Weather couldn't have been better. All 12 guests give it a A plus. Hope to return very soon. Robson party

Le Caggia - a lovely place to memorize

a) Le Caggia is a lovely place and we all have a lot of good memories from our stay which we can memorize through the coming cold winter season in Norway b) Welcome dinner prepared by you on short notice - unfortunately some delays caused by us - was highly appreciated c) In addition we managed to visit both La Cetina, Siena, Sovicille, Monteriggioni, San Gimignano and Volterra d) Excellent dinner served at Le Caggia including some of our favorites -wild boar and tiramisu - and of course a lot of excellent Tuscany wine – Chianti. (All arranged by Lene and prepared by Cristiana and Marina) e) Wine tasting at Felcina close to Castelnuovo Berardenga. (All arr. by Lene and Asia as guide) f) An excellent ”light” Tuscany meal at Villa di Sotto in Villa-a-Sesta with exceptional good service, panoramic view and where we experienced a lovely sunset…..good timing which made our day. Beautiful setting!

Such an incredible place with wonderful amenities! The hosts Fabio and Jacopo were the best and so accommodating! Definitely have the welcome dinner, which was delicious and had plenty of left overs. Also we enjoyed the cooking class very much! The salt water pool was so refreshing. Then bedrooms and the bathrooms were good sizes and nicely done. The ten of us thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

The PERFECT Tuscan Getaway

Podere Le Caggia is the perfect place to stay if you are visiting Tuscany! The location is superb and the grounds are absolutely beautiful! The country home is inviting, well furnished, and clean, not to mention absolutely charming! There is nothing left to want! We were in a group of ten and there was plenty of space to do our own thing or to gather together as a group. The hosts, Fabio and Jacapo, made us feel so welcomed and cared for. They made it a point to tell us that the villa was our home while we were there. Both are excellent chefs, too! It felt so special when we had them cook for us! To top that off, we had them give us a cooking class! That evening remains one of my fondest memories of Italy to date! I feel so very lucky to have found this PERFECT getaway! I hope you may be so lucky, too!

In love with Le Caggia

Our stay at the Villa exceeded the entire groups' expectations. Completely modernized Villa with all of the original old world charm. The Villa and the surrounding property are both absolutely beautiful….plenty of space and clean, modern features. Jacabo and Fabio were fantastic hosts, cooking for us on two evenings and a great resource for local sights and travels. We loved the experience and would highly recommend this Villa to anyone wanting to experience Tuscany in all its glory. Rental car is a must but a great way to enjoy the travels to all the wonderful surrounding sites and communities.

Vacation of a Lifetime!

Our experience at this beautiful villa exceeded our expectations in every single way! Our hosts, Jacopo and Fabio had tended to every single detail of the property to ensure that our stay would be a memorable one and were simply delightful. Our welcome meal (advice: DO take them up on that option!) was an incredible offering of homemade Italian cuisine and was the most welcome sight for weary travelers. We were amazed that in the midst of this peaceful and quiet area that there could be such a well-appointed villa- the rooms and bathrooms are much larger than our other living experiences in Italy, and the kitchen, dining room and outdoor areas easily accommodate large groups while maintaining a cozy atmosphere. The sea water swimming pool is fantastic as is the hot tub. I had been concerned that the smaller towns we'd hoped to see would be too far away but the Podere la Caggia villa is nicely situated and is close to many towns to explore. We can hardly wait to go back! It's just beautiful and so relaxing; I wish we could have stayed longer.

A Dream Come True

Our week at Podere Le Caggia truly was a "dream come true." The villa is even more beautiful than the pictures and more delightful, relaxing and comfortable than its description. Our group of ten traveling friends enjoyed every moment--from the welcome dinner and cooking class (both of which I highly recommend), to the pool and hot tub, firepit and hammock, we hated to leave the property, although it is perfectly situated for touring the Tuscan hill towns. Our hosts arranged three-hour tours for us of Florence, Siena and SanGimignano, which turned out to be as delightful as they were informative. They also arranged for us to tour the neighboring castle grounds, and recommended other points of interest. They were available at any time if we needed anything, while totally respecting our privacy. I cannot imagine a lovelier way to spend a vacation. I hope this becomes a recurring dream!

Beautiful family vacation

This villa is absolutely amazing! The pictures don't even begin to do it justice! Our family stayed for a week here as part of our Italian vacation and loved every second of it. This Villa has everything you could possibly need and more. It's so spacious and clean. Jacopo is an amazing host and available for any questions you might have about the area and places to go see. We highly recommend having Jacopo make you an Italian meal during you stay. We did and it was absolutely delicious, you won't be disappointed. We can't wait to come back and would recommend this Villa to everyone we know.

Wonderful Tuscan villa

We recently returned from our visit to this beautiful, historical Tuscan villa with 11 members of our family, traveling from five locations throughout the United States. The villa is large, with space for everyone to spread out and enjoy themselves. The kitchen had everything we ever needed, and we spent most evenings eating dinner outside, overlooking the beautiful surrounding fields and forests. The bedrooms were roomy and comfortable, and we had more bathrooms than we even needed. Other amenities include a beautiful pool, hot tub, and washer and dryer. The thing that initially attracted me to renting the villa was the description of all of the services that could be arranged owners -- and we utilized most of them! Jacopo was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and had the refrigerator stocked with basic supplies that we had requested. He made a delicious multi-course dinner for us that first night -- a very welcome site after our long travels. He reserved several rental road bikes that were delivered to the villa with all of the equipment we needed, and we enjoyed morning rides around the country roads. He organized a private shuttle to pick us all up at the villa to take us to Florence for the day, where a private tour guide met us and showed us the highlights of the city, the Uffizi gallery and the Academia with Michelangelo's David. Some of the family enjoyed several hours with Jacopo in an Italian cooking class, and we all enjoyed their food creations for dinner. He also assisted us in arranging shuttle transport from and to airports. If I were to do anything different, I would have had Jacopo arrange rental cars to be delivered to the villa -- saving us having to pick them up at the airports. Jacopo was simply amazing -- the extra services offered on the website is what won me over to reserve the villa, and I was more than pleased with everything Jacopo was able to provide. I highly recommend this beautiful villa, and I have already shared this verb site with several friends who are interested in planning a family trip to Tuscany. We loved our family vacation, and look forward to our next visit.

Perfect! Quiet, serene, just beautiful!

Visited for the first week of July with 10 adults. Absolutely loved it. Plenty of room, clean, comfortable and both Jacobo and the other manager were extremely accommodating. We had 2 meals cooked by them which were excellent and we would highly recommend doing this. Appreciated having many different wines available for purchase at the villa and very affordable prices. Would go back in a heart beat.

Amazing Hosts, Amazing House - 100% Reccommend This Place!

I’ll start by saying that Jacopo and Fabio are both amazing and Le Caggia is an incredible location! My friends and I truly, without hesitation, had an incredible experience here. To start off, I mostly communicated with Jacopo during the booking process and he was very fast to respond. The directions he supplied were perfect. If we didn’t have them, we may still be driving around Italy trying to find the location as it was deep in the mountains (at least it felt that way coming from a densely populated city (Los Angeles). Jacopo and Fabio offer several services from cooking meals to cooking classes, car rentals, grocery pick-up, etc The first night we opted to have a dinner cooked for us and ahead of our trip I had sent a list of groceries to pick up and everything was waiting for us once we arrived. As we arrived at night from the airport and after traveling for upwards of 12 hours, it was nice to have a home cooked meal and some wine waiting for us. Jacopo and Fabio greeted us, and the house smelled amazing from the incredible dinner they cooked us: Roasted Chicken, fennel and olive salad, quiche, lasagna, and chocolate cake… there was only 4 of us staying at the property for the week, so that one meal lasted us several days. In addition, they had a nice variety of local red and white wine, and italian beer all of which were reasonably priced and tasted great. Jacopo and Fabio gave us some great suggestions on things to do on our trip as well as stopped by (very quietly) without disturbing us to replace water in the hot-tub and replenish the wood logs for the fire-place and hot-tub. on our 3rd or 4th day we also took a cooking class. Jacopo did the teaching and he was excellent. We cooked a fennel salad, roasted & stuffed pork loan, pasta with a mushroom cream sauce (pasta and sauce straight from scratch) and tiramisu. he was patient with our novices and walked us through everything. Outside of Jacopo & Fabio’s excellent service, the house itself was incredible. large pool (though it was closed while we were there since it was late November) the hot-tub was incredible for the cold evenings, lots of bedrooms all of which were comfortable and the bathrooms were large and overall our experience there was incredible and we will definitely stay there again.

Family Vacation

I traveled with my husband and family to Italy for an eight day vacation. We stayed at this property from Nov 19 - 25. We arrived late to find Jacopo and Fabio waiting for us. The property was easy to find using GPS, the layout was just as described and we found hair dryers and a well supplied kitchen. It was very clean, well cared for and beautiful! Jacopo was helpful in telling us about the local towns, restaurants, parking and directed us to the local grocery store. We had use of the fire pit and hot tub while staying on property. Knowing we would arrive late they had stocked the kitchen with some breakfast foods for the following morning and took time to show us around the property. They set up a cooking class at the property for my daughters and I and did a full dinner of traditional Italian foods our last night there. We were able to travel to Siena and Florence by car. Thank you, Jacopo and Fabio for making our visit to Italy so easy! Janice

110% recommended - truly unbelievable hosts, clean and beautiful home, great location

First, let me say that the hosts Jacopo and Fabio went above-and-beyond in making our week at the villa a trip of a lifetime for us and 14 others in our family. They were responsive, kind, thoughtful in suggesting activities, and were always offering to help. We have traveled many places internationally and the service rivaled anywhere we have EVER stayed. The place is just as good if not better than the pictures show. So much space to find your own nook to relax but also many communal areas for enjoying games or the fantastic selection of wine and beer stocked in the fridges and shelves (very reasonably priced for the quality!) If this place is available the week of your vacation I recommend you take it before it disappears. If it's not available, seriously consider switching your dates of you can! This place was that good. Other tips: Have them cook you a welcome dinner (in fact it was so good we had leftovers the next day AND asked them to cook two other night ha we were there). Do the cooking class (our family LOVED this including the kids who are now back home cooking meals with their new skills. Bonus is that everyone gets to share the meal they cook!) To Jacopo and Fabio - thank you both again for your commitment to your guests. You both deserve more than the five stars in this review!

2 family fun in Tuscany

We stayed at the villa in June 2016. It was a great experience! There was 2 families our fam consisted of my husband Gary and I and our grandson Cole (10) Tom and Gayles girls were 13 and 16 . There was so much for all of to do! The guys went cycling each am while the teenagers slept in😀Then they could swim , play ping pong or volleyball. We were in rolling farm land great for hiking too. Only 15 min to Sienna w villiages inbetween. But the best part was our hosts Jacobo and Fabio! We had 2 cooking classes from them during the week which they shared w us ......it was a great experience to learn more about the culture from them. All of us would love be to go back anytime

Fantastic week

House was great, had all that we needed, Jacopo and Fabio most attentive, lots of hot water for showers, great fun with the wood fired hot tub ! Would highly recommend it, we were a group of twelve, there's plenty of spaces for quiet areas and roudy times, I would hope to be back in a year or two. Thanks Jacopo and Fabio for the use of your wonderful house/ villa.

Simply stunning!

Our week at the villa was heavenly! There were 6 of us who traveled from the US to enjoy some relaxation, amazing food & wine, and to celebrate my 40th birthday, and the week went by far too quickly. We arrived at sunset, which was absolutely stunning on the property- made even better by the welcome dinner prepared by our wonderful hosts, Jacopo & Fabio. The home had everything we needed and more- we didn't even have enough time there to enjoy all of the amenities, but the outdoor dining tables, lounge chairs, pool and hot tub got ample use. We also built a fire our last night, which was lovely. As a group who travels extensively for work, we all approved of the modernized bathrooms and comfortable beds. :) The location was a bit remote and getting there is slightly challenging, but once you arrive you really don't have to leave. The hosts will shop for you (though we opted to do the market trip ourselves), they stock the place with wine, and all you need for meal prep and relaxing. Jacopo & Fabio hosted a cooking class for us at the villa one day, which I highly recommend. We made an incredible meal, tons of food, and had a great time getting to know our hosts better. We also did day trips to Florence & Siena by car, and did a wine tour w/ Franco Fadda, which Jacopo arranged for us. Although driving / navigating in the area is a little challenging, we had an in-car wifi hot spot that helped us find our way and it was a great way to have some flexibility. For the wine tour, Franco picked us up & dropped us at the villa. We did the Montalcino tour and, while the wines & wineries were great and the scenery was gorgeous, it was a very long day (~13 hours), and we only hit 2 wineries. I might suggest either doing this on your own, or perhaps another tour would give you more for the money. I can't recommend this place enough, the villa was everything I hoped it would be (and more) and Jacopo & Fabio were phenomenal hosts. They took care of every question and request without hesitation, and made this vacation truly relaxing for us. We all hope to go back some day, and for a more extended stay next time!
