"Beautiful big house. Enough room for all the kids and a nice little back yard for our puppy. Plenty of kitchen items and essentials like coffee and filters! Dishwasher and washing machine easy to navigate. Extra toothbrush was so appreciated as one of my kids left their entire bag at home. Nice to have stores so close too since we had to run to get her new outfits for the weekend!"

"The photos didn't prepare us for how beautiful the property actually is. Phil and Jeannie were so hospitable and helpful; we lacked for nothing. Wish our trip was longer just so we could spend more time enjoying this gem. "

"This little upstairs apartment was so cute and in the perfect location near downtown Eureka. It was very clean, and we felt safe during our stay. "Great location! The place was very clean and the whole process was easy. Very accurate description. It's nice and quiet. If we ever get back to the area we would love to stay there again. The communication was also timely. The owners seem to really care about the property."

"We ran out of coffee filters and dishwasher soap. There was no pepper in pepper shaker or on shelf. It would have been nice to have oil be a staple. Primary bathroom ran out of conditioner. Just a suggestion, but it would have been nice to have a couple of throw blankets so we could snuggled in them and used less heat. "

"Extremely comfortable, clean, well maintained and spacious house for 5 retired men on a Humboldt Bay halibut fishing vacation. Check-in process was efficient and easy. Property owner very responsive to texts.Couple of issues that should be addressed.1. Gas stove burners do not automatically ignite. Had to use a hand held lighter to ignite burners.2. Outdoor propane grill is very rickety/falling apart.3. Some upstairs windows are missing screens. Would have liked to leave those windows open...
