"This is the second time i have stayed in this house, this time was glad to see more kitchen supplies and chairs by the pool. However the hot water did not work the whole 2 weeks of my stay, which i was very disappointed in also my last week there was no internet which left me feeling a little stranded. Would stay again if hotwater was fixed."

"The pictures do not give this Villa justice, it is beautiful! We had an amazing time there! We were looking for rest and relaxation and that is exactly what we got!! Shamoir the cook was incredible! Sheryl was quick to respond to any questions we had! We will definitely go back!"

"To be clear, this is not a 5 star resort, but does provide a 5 star experience, and great value for your spend. To summarize:Connections - flawless. You call the driver by cell (or text) when you clear customs, and he's there almost immediately to pick you up. Think twice if you plan to rent a vehicle; the roads in many locations are terrible. It's about a 2 1/2 drive from the airport to Villa.Accommodations - the Villa itself is a little tired. Reminded us of a well used rental cottage. But...

"Get place to stay in Mandeville. Excellent privacy, quite area and has everything you need for a short or long stay. Place is clean and in good shap. Hands down would stay there again. "

"Our family had an amazing time! The house was gorgeous and spotless, and some days, we had the beach all to ourselves. The internet was top-notch. The house also has Netflix and board games as additional entertainment. The only suggestion I have is to put mosquito nets over the beds. We’d definitely come back again!"

"Only A frame I know of in Jamaica! Kind of like staying in a tiny house.Hot plate worked well just needed a larger skillet for cooking a meal. Microwave didnt work well. Other appliances all worked well & put to use. Plunge pool refreshingly welcomed. Morning views to the Great pond with sunshine reflections awesone. Night view of Lovers Leap Lighthouse also spectacular. Then the night star filled sky. No other people on the lane but owner very aware of goings on so security definitely there....

"The sat nav directions took us to a field a couple of.mikes away from the property, called thenumber, took a few tries to get an answer, then due to misunderstanding, was given dirctions for coming in the opposite direction that we were.heading, took a few phone calls and a few wrong turns till we got there. The lady on arrival was really helpful. Had choice of 2 cabins. Lovely, vlean and huge bed. Take.mosquito spay though as right next to the water. The view was amazing of the pond....

"I stayed at this property for 4 days. It’s a very beautiful space, very clean and relaxing. I felt very safe and Rachel was very easy to communicate with it. All questions were answered right away. I highly recommend Palms at Avista and would definitely stay there again. If you are looking for a clean, safe comfortable and relaxing space with easy access to the town, this is the space for you. "

"Myself and my family had a wonderful time during our stay. Though it was intermittent, we enjoyed the property and all its amenities. Our housekeeper was very friendly and helpful. With ample rooms and plenty of space to relax, I would highly recommend this property for large family gatherings. "Bliss by the Sea was absolutely amazing. From top to bottom, this is our favorite vacation ever. Starting with our pick up from the airport. Our driver, Mark, was a great communicator which made him easy to find. He was super friendly out of the gate. Stopped at a jerk place along the way since our party hadn’t really eaten. We arrived to meet Jennifer and Shamara who had dinner waiting for us. They took such good care of us the entire time. Anything we asked for they delivered! They anticipated...

"Our entire family of 13 stayed 8 days. Location was great, Lashings bar / restaurant 500 feet away. We went thru the bar to get to the beach. Visited Pelican bar, had fresh lobster delivered to our house, which we cooked on the grill. Cleveland and Valerie were great to us, they provided a ride to go shopping, cooked a welcome meal and a Jamaican meal for us. Very satisfied. "
