"The staff at Springville was absolutely amazing—Ms. Jackie, Mr. Vincent, David, Chad, Phylicia, Roshawn, Sanjay, and Alwayne truly made the stay memorable. Overall, the experience was great. The only downside was that the air conditioning in the primary suite wasn’t working, making the room unusable and requiring guests to share rooms. We got the package with breakfast, and the assortment was great , and the breakfast over all was 10/10. We had fast easy communication with our host and they made us feel welcomed and like family. "The property was nice, very quiet but was a fair distance from the township of Falmouth. Miguel the owner was always available when you required his help for anything. The suite itself was very clean thoughit lacked much in the way of cutlery, dish and laundry soap. The suite has a washer and drier but the drier didn't work, but I was able to access another suite to dry my clothes. "The room was very clean, however the rooms are located in a very local shopping mall with lots of loitering outside, very noisy, no windows so felt claustrophobic. The outside was dirty , crowded and noisy I did not feel safe enough to stay there so I left."

"The property was as described and I was able to have family and friends visit without much hassle. The property staff was an added bonus they were super friendly, attentive but most importantly you hardly knew they were around as they gave you privacy. Ann Marie and Glenn than you so much for making a special trip to celebrate a special milestone even more special! I highly recommend this property. We felt safe at all times and the house is beautiful!"

"I booked a destination for my 21 year old daughter birthday and she had aworry free amazing time. The host setup everything my daughter wanted to do flawlessly! "I'm originally from Jamaica but wanted to show my friends a good time and the villa was just breath taking. Don't get me started on the staff. So amazing. The driver, the chef and housekeeper all made this vacation one for the books. Pretty close to everything as well. Very clean and views are truly breathtaking."

"The house has character, and was spotless when we arrived. Mel really goes above and beyond in terms of communication and making his guests feel welcome. He lives close by, so was immediately on top of a couple minor questions we had. He knows the value of - and knows to create - a great experience for his guests. We'd love to come back again soon. "

"Elsewhere is the Best! I was a little skeptical of a staffed house. I thought having extra people around would be a negative. Boy, was I wrong. The staff (Kassandra, Kemoy, Maureen, and Rafiq) were absolutely fabulous. The food Kassandra prepared was some of the best I've ever had. "Mr Ralph was an amazing host! Our flight got canceled due to the Heathrow chaos and he was so patient and kind, making sure we could reschedule. The villa is absolutely stunning and the staff made our trip unforgettable.The chefs spoiled us with incredible Jamaican food, and they went all out for my mum’s birthday….decorations, a floating breakfast, the works! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!"

"El mar es precioso y en general es un hotel muy cómodo y bonito. Tienes acceso tanto al Secrets St James como al Wild Orchid, están conectados y eso está padre. Lo único es que deberían tener bufet nocturno diario y no sólo las especialidades porque luego tienes que repetir restaurantes."
