"We go the hotel around 6pm, they first sent us to a dirty room. It was completely unmade as if guests have just left. We went back to the receptionist desk and she told us that she couldn’t find us a room, we sat there and waited about 20 to 30 minutes as she tried to find us a room. She said she can only find us a king bed, so we had to deal with it. We went up to the new room and it turned out to be two queen beds. "There is just way too much going on with no addition to convenience. Not too walkable to store outlets that sell basic things like water bottles. I did not have one single enjoyable interaction with any employee. It felt “clicky” and because I did not work there, I felt alienated and unwelcome and that is the last feeling I want to have from a hotel. First bad experience with a best western property, and I use best westerns 9 times a year."

"This is not a hotel or a rental property. For checking in, the only message I received was a requirement to register with their site. A number is provided for texting only. Messaging the number resulted in refusal to provide check-in instructions and prompted me once again to register with their site for all visitor info and instructions.
