Staff were really helpful and friendly (which makes all the difference) If your looking for luxury this is not the hotel for you. It is what it is for the price. Great hotel, great food, rooms nice but not massive. Perfect for 1 or two nights. "

"Very clean, modern and attractive room of medium size with a simple, clean, Scandinavian look. Very close to Horizon and City cruise terminals .. a 10 minute walk tops! I did not try the extra charge continental breakfast buffet. Handy to ships and everything! Two blocks from coach and train stations."

"The woman managing the place was very kind and helpful. She gave us tips for walking around the area and finding restaurants. When we had a little trouble with transportation for our cruise, she contacted a local taxi company who was there in 5 minutes. It made our day much less stressful. Thank you very much! "
