Ok was it the ritz …. No …. Was it value for money and in a great location yes. I was cruising and when you come out of the door you can actually see the ship what more could I need? A bed a bathroom some bars and a ship all is good thank you

It was adequate for a good nights sleep before heading to the cruise port. The bed was extremely comfortable which was a plus. There was no staff as the hotel was self check-in. Bathroom was small but the shower was clean.

Lovely room but sadly no air conditioning or fridge. Good location for the docks if sailing and a pleasant walk to the town centre, would stay again but probably not during a steaming hot spell

The room was clean but certainly outdated had a 70's vibe. Our issue with this property was receiving the entry codes to the building and our room. Based on the reservation info the codes were to arrive prior to our arrival however we never received them. We booked thru Expedia and after several calls and text messages our codes finally arrived while on route. The phone number on our Expedia reservation was out of service. This issue made for a very stressful trip from London to Southampton. After our arrival we met 2 other groups who had the same experience. I would not recommend this hotel

整體 都很好， 房間設備都很完善， 睡床舒適 軟硬適中， 距離郵輪碼頭非常近，行路也到， 不用坐車。

Great location just a short walk from the pubs and restaurants on Oxford Street. Convenient parking in College Street car park. For what we paid, it was what I expected and better than other reviews led me to expect.

Had a nice stay ...very clean room . perfect location..nice and quiet too...if like me visiting the bars in the area especially the London hotel nearby ...then it's a must .

The new owners are clearly trying to get things sorted and put right. It was an ideal stop for the cruise terminal but would benefit from some modernisation and TLC. The vending machine in reception was poorly stocked and that area of the building was like walking into a sauna. Access was easy enough with the codes sent on day of arrival and the staff we great when ask if we could have a late checkout. Plenty of places to get food in the area too.

Nous avons quitté l’hôtel et sommes allé ailleurs nous avons rarement vu une place aussi médiocre les photos ne représente pas du tout l’hôtel. Aucun air climatisé, des poils dans les draps, la toilette tenait de peine de misère du duck tape sur les installation de la douche pas d’ascenseur bref a éviter

Nice comfortable bed, very convenient for the town centre and the harbour. Very peaceful at night. No air-con but there was a fan included.

OMG it was atrocious These are some of the messages I've sent. Have not received a reply the shower has mold and is taped to only work the handheld showerhead, which only trickles out. the toilet seat doesn't stay up to use the toilet, there was a bloody stain on the bed base, the duvet cover was mouldy. had to buy sheets to cover the bed to be able to stay as had nowhere else to go I asked the cleaner to clean blood and change bed. this was not done we had an appointment to get to so had to leave at 4ish and did not get back till midnight ISH and could not face dealing with change room at that time that's what happened, also. I did try calling but no reply

The location is good - close to the maritime area and city center. The hotel is a fire hazard and it’s ill maintained. I will not recommend it. Also, the advertised pub at the ground floor is it NOT part of the hotel, as advertised.

The check in and using the code for the doors is all a bit of a hassle but during check in window there does seem to be staff around to help. It was a good location and clean.
