"Chris’ place is just outside New Forest and is clean and well-kept, with everything you need for a short stay, with the added bonus of its own spa! For two new parents, that was a massive plus. Chris was very welcoming, left us to our own devices and was always on hand if we needed anything. Would recommend to anyone wanting to explore the forest"

"Not having stayed in a caravan since the 1950's! we were very impressed with how far they've come and especially with the one we booked which was decorated beautifully. We were also thankful for the phone call to say we'd left my husband's CPAP (night breathing) machine behind - we'd got as far as Winchester so had a bit of a trek back but much better than having reached the Midlands. "Just what we needed after a full week of 60th birthday celebrations. The summer house was clean and had everything we needed, we stayed for 5 nights."

"Very easy to speak with the owners of the boats and boat was spotless with a lovely welcome basket. The wash facilities in the marina were 5* and the views on the boat take any stress away. We were a party of 2 and it felt enough for below deck as the room definitely is up top. The restaurant in marina is fabulous and so are their cocktails"

"Overall the property was very good and met our needs. The facilities were fine except one downstairs shower room had no ventilation and smelt mouldy after use. The garden and shed needed some attention. We had a very happy time."

"Our stay was great. Never stayed in a holiday home that had room proportions of this home! The only reason I gave 4 stars for the overall rating was that on the first morning, we had no hot water. However, impressed by the way that this was resolved within a couple of hours as it required an emergency call out for a plumber in a bank holiday weekend."
