The cottage was cute, clean, and well-maintained. The neighborhood was quiet and the house was close to a small beach. We enjoyed our visit and would stay at the house again.

We had a girls trip and the Cozy Cottage was perfect.We found everything Clean and comfortable. Location to everything was good and the beach was close by I wouldn't say walkable, unless your only bringing a towel and book but 2 minute drive if your staying all day with chairs and coolers.

Great stay

Great location and very comfortable house We stayed for 4 nights and I would definitely book again. The yard is small but has everything you might need and you are so close to the beach you can walk easily. The location is close to everything on route 28 so you can use the yard for a quick barbecue before you head back out this place was a gem

Short and sweet

Only had a long weekend, but perfect for my husband and me. Quiet neighborhood, close to our favorite shops and restaurants. Very clean.

Great Cape Cottage

The house was very clean and in a friendly quiet neighborhood. Short walk to a very nice beach with bathroom facilities. Short drive to many restaurants, mini golf etc. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed.

Clean, Comfortable and Great Location

We have stayed here twice now. The cottage is very clean and the central air works very well. We were very comfortable for our entire stay. This is knotty pine decor, which is nolstagic to us, but it was also very well maintained and the bathroom is nicely updated with large sink and walk in shower. Queen bed was comfortable and bed linens and towels were great. We had everything we needed for a great week. And the location is our preference-- very close to the beaches, tucked south of rt 28 exactly where we want to be, with easy access when we wanted.

Perfect home away from home!

I loved the location - so close to everything we wanted to do and a short walk to a nice local beach. Plus - Washer & dryer! Dishwasher! Knotty pine! Outdoor shower with hot water! Central AC! The cons - not a lot of privacy in the backyard and the one bathroom was pretty tight - but the updates were worth the little bit of meh. Seriously, this home was a gem. Would definitely stay again.

Labor Day Weekend

Spent 3 nights here over labor day weekend. Unfortunately there were some issues with the amenities that impacted our stay. We wanted a place with a yard we could hang out in, the ad and the pics show a yard with multiple chairs, a grill, and a fire pit. When we got there , there was a picnic table with 2 chairs and that was it. I reached out to the management company Thursday night to ask about this, they said they were behind the house and to look again. On Friday morning I did a find a grill and chiminea in the shed but we weren't able to move them on our own. The management company said they would send someone Friday to help, never heard back from them and then Sat night at 5pm I got a text someone was there to help. By that time it was too late, we were checking out early Sunday morning and had dinner plans already. I feel like the ad should have made it clear that you would need to move those items yourself if you wanted to use them. The ad also mentioned access to a resident beach, there was no additional information provided about this once we were at the house. We tried to go and were told we could not park in the lot because we did not have a resident sticker so we ended up going to a public beach and paying. Again the ad should be clear that you can only access the beach on foot and wont be able to park. I don't think I'll stay at another house managed by Vacasa
