Kastani - South West Rocks

This beautiful three-bedroom townhouse is nestled in a quiet street just 1km from the town centre of South West Rocks, with cafes, shops, and beaches within easy walking distance. For those looking to explore, Back Creek is only 850m away, while Horseshoe Bay and Main Beach are just a short 1.3km stroll, perfect for a swim, surf, or snorkel.

The modern kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, and the open-plan living area, with timber flooring upstairs, leads out to a fantastic front balcony. Enjoy relaxing in the nor-east sea breezes, with an outdoor setting and BBQ. The back deck off the main bedroom also features a BBQ and outdoor seating for additional relaxation space.

Ceiling fans are provided in all bedrooms, with the living areas featuring both ceiling fans and a split-system A/C for comfort. Wi-Fi internet access is available for your convenience. The main bedroom boasts an ensuite bathroom with a spacious shower. A private laundry with a front loader washer and clothes dryer adds to the ease of your stay.

With bed and bath linen provided and the beds made, this holiday property offers everything you need to enjoy a relaxing getaway. There’s one off-street parking space on the driveway, with the garage available for storing bikes and beach equipment only.

Please Note: 'Kastani' requires payment of a $250 refundable security deposit. A post departure inspection is required before funds are released.

Not a bad location

Not a bad position if you don't mind driving to the sights. Dissapointed there was construction going on units 2 doors down, the garage had a jet ski in it so we couldn't lock the car up, no dryer or dishwasher
