"The hosts were lovely. Clean, safe, comfortable, good common area includes fridge, glasses, plates & cutlery. Delicious breakfasts with a view of the colourful boat harbour. The pub in Mousehole (5 min walk) was good. Parking is a short distance away but make sure you have cell / text service to use the parking app in case the only machine in the lot isn't working as the next lot is 2 miles away! Would stay here again!!!"

"A wonderful apartment in a wonderful location. Great for early morning walks to the beach, and if you want to explore, most things are a short driving distance for hikes and other breathtaking nearby beaches. If you plan on being in this part of Cornwall, you should definitely book this home. Geoff & Jan are wonderful hosts."

"Breakfast OK. Not big variety as expected. Hot food is made on demand plus a buffet with cereals, bread, etc. Mattress was worn out and the springs were sticking out, affecting my sleep. Also, too soft mattress. Nice size bathroom but dated. Cold room despite trying to regulate the radiator. Smelly room which has showed that there was no ventilation before my arrival. Thin wall. I could hear the other guest in the other room snoring and moving about. Definitely not 4 star accommodation. "

"This hotel is in a great position overlooking st Michael’s mount. The beautiful long beach is right on your doorstep. Staff at the hotel are friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean, tidy and very comfortable. Food at the hotel is of excellent quality with plenty of choice."

"The staff we encountered, and another we asked for help with heating, were friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were plentiful, although no fruit or brown bread was offered. Toast was offered, but with no suitable crockery. Not enough plug sockets in the bedroom and what were on offer, were not all usable ! Heating was provided in the room - although with no instructions - which proved necessary. Bathroom facilities were good and clean. Parking was plentiful. It was odd that a decaf coffee option...
