"The hospitality was terrible, except for Rubio the bell man, was the only friendly and helpful employee. The rest was good except the wave pool was broken all three days."

"Excellent customer service. Very clean throughout the hotel and inside room and bathroom. Room and bathroom is spacious. Tub shower is excellent. Water pressure is super. The family loved the Pool and hot tub area. Also outdoor area is available and there’s an outdoor bar that opens in the evening. Breakfast in the morning was delicious with waffles, pancakes, eggs, a protein and potatoes. Can also request for kitchen staff to make an omelet if you prefer. Will definitely recommend this hotel."

"This is a really great 3 star hotel. The staff was super helpful. They were able to accommodate a last min request. I was a little hesitate due to the location but it was a far nicer hotel than the hotels by hotel circle. "
