"Great location and community amenities. Family friendly and overall quiet and safe. The space is modern with the basics and no more provided as they describe in the messages regarding check in. The host was communicative and fairly responsive. The only complaint is cleanliness. There were dirty shoe prints on the floor, some of the plates/utensils had dried food on them and some of the towels had small brown/red spots. Overall the space looked like it had been cleaned just not well. "

"Our condo was on a corner lot directly across from the beach access which was fantastic. The condo was spacious and very comfortable. Reached out one time about the thermostat and got an immediate response. The only suggestion I have is to have a vacuum for sand. Keeping the sand cleaned up is a daily task. Would definitely stay here again."

"Beautiful view. Comfortable beds, nice furniture, well-equipped kitchen. Balcony composite furniture was a nice addition; 2 chairs, 2 Adirondack lounges, 1 table. Spacious, decorated nicely. Heated pool and hot tub was essential for me. Beach access is well kept. Water is hot!! Pressure is good. Communication with PIR was awesome. Step in tubs in both bathrooms need safety rails and more hooks to hang bath towels so they dry. Washer and dryer are outside the unit and cost 4.00 per load. Too...
