"We had an excellent stay at Paradise Country in the deluxe family eco tent! What a cool spot! The tents are fantastic, fit out with a great shower and heat pump, queen bed and king single bunk beds. Breakfast was fantastic - great spread of a buffet catering to everyone. A couple of things which weren’t 100% is that the top bunk wasn’t prepared when we arrived (had dirty sheets on them), however Cass at reception came straight away and apologised and fixed that! "The apartment was very good but to check-in I needed to phone for the instructions to be released as they had not been by 3.30pm. And later there was a noisy party at the adjacent apartment with teenagers all over the place wandering around. It felt a bit threatening to be honest. The upside was I could walk to the place I booked this place for, but next time I will look elsewhere as it was overpriced."

"The property was dirty, linen, pillows & doona was awful, thin, stained & looked dirty with no top sheet, pillow or mattress protectors, couch was filthy covered in unknown stains, no soap, shampoo or toaster. All the furniture was shabby, worn & dirty. Cobwebs, walls grubby, security on the doors was very average 1 decent push on the back door from the outside & it would have come open, shower curtain was grotty & mouldy, no doormat, outside light not working, rear yard was overgrown, unmowed &...

"All was good. The only problem you have is the leak in the doorway of the ensuite when it rains."

"Whilst the location was ideal and the setup seems nice (good quality kitchen and furniture etc), the walls and ceilings seem to be made of paper. You can hear everything going on in the accommodation around you like you're in the room with them. Luckily, they actually supply earplugs in the arrival pack!! I was also woken up by cars wheelspinning outside in the middle of the night so maybe not a nice neighbourhood. The arrival instructions also confusing where it showed 2 different parking...
