"The cottage met all our needs. It is nestled between two marinas and in a quiet neighborhood. It is small but very efficient. One of the marinas has a small restaurant for breakfast and lunch and the owner of the restaurant is super friendly. Sitting out on the deck in the warm sun was lovely. We enjoyed our stay. "

"The location was great, thank you. Adorable place to stay. Thank you. The only feedback would be to get a new nozzle for the shower head so the water came out more consistently. Otherwise, everything was amazing. Definitely recommend this place to others!"

"This was a well-maintained and well appointed property in a quiet convenient location. Everything was clean and functioning including the outside patio area which was a plus. We enjoyed our stay."

"The property was exactly as advertised. Very comfortable and you can tell that the owners have put a lot of love into the house. The owners were very responsive to any questions we had prior to arriving and while we were staying there.The view from the 2nd floor of the ocean and Block Island is amazing! It is approx. .25 mile walk to Grenn Hill Beach...so very convenient."

"I was staying in RI for my son's wedding. This house was perfect for my other son and I. He used the pull out couch. We needed to buy sheets and a blanket. But no big deal. The location was close to the wedding venue. "

"OMG what an amazing house!! So as you pull down the right side of the driveway all you see is beach and the house. And that’s just the beginning. When you walk up the stairs to the deck you realize the pictures do not even come close to the gorgeous views. The deck runs the length of the whole house and there is a sitting area at the far end. There are plenty of chairs along the way to sit and relax plus several loungers and then when you hit the corner of the house there is a sectional sofa....

"We’re familiar with the Narragansett area, and this location was perfectly convenient to beaches and local attractions. The property had all the needed amenities for a wonderful trip, especially with a 4-year-old and a 1-year-old. It made traveling with young kids so much easier and allowed us to truly relax and enjoy our time."
