"Interesting and eclectic camping with many fun and unique features. Mini golf, volleyball, full size Monopoly games to name a few. Tents are great with comfy beds (I slept great), mini fridges and Roku TV. And they stand up well to heavy rain (we had a downpour overnight) with no leaks. Warm shower with towels, 2 bathrooms w sinks. Campsites have fire pits with firewood and Appalachian chairs. And they have BBQs too. The Zen Den is well stocked with food. Location is excellent. Close to town...

"A couple of the surfaces were not clean but mostly a clean comfy space. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was spacious and clean.The stairs are not for the faint of heart. A nice cozy place to stay once the luggage and groceries are up there."

"This was our first VRBO experience. I believe we will have others in the future, but the bar has been set very high indeed. This place and these people are nothing short of wonderful. The place is gorgeous, cozy, welcoming and totally as promised. Our communication with the owner has been outstanding. Our dog, Frankie, was welcomed as warmly as my wife and me. Do yourselves a great favor and experience the warmth and comfort of “The Perch “ next time you visit the Southbury, CT area."

"The home is welcoming, so cute and charming. There are 3 sleeping areas with beds. We had 6 for a mother/daughter trip. The home is located within walking distance of serveral restaurants! Fabulous location. We were able to visit a local winery - Millbrook and take a tour of Elk Ravine Farm, and eat breakfast at the Hangar! Amazing trip and would not have been the same without this wonderful stay! Thank you Tanya!"
