"There is private parking. There is a secure entry that has a separate lock. The site is very nice with lots of greenery. The host is very nice and accommodating. This property is back in a neighborhood. My first night there was some loud noises coming from the neighbors vehicle. Other than that the room is nice, the air conditioning is cold and the shower and bathroom were very nice. I walked about 10 minutes to some local restaurants."

"Rooms are clean, and they do a good job of restocking bottled water, but not hand soap or wash cloths. Those were never replenished throughout our stay. Pools are nice and clean. The towel lady is rude and ridiculously strict with unnecessary raised eyebrows and eye rolling. Beach situation is difficult and frustrating. Maybe because it was spring break season, but lining up at 6:30 am to get beach chairs when the towel hut doesn’t even open until 8 is ludicrous. By 7:30 am, beach chairs are...
