"Perfect location "

"I stayed here for three nights and had a great experience. The room was clean, quiet, and well maintained. Staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location was convenient and close to restaurants and public transportation. Breakfast had good variety, and the Wi-Fi worked well. I would definitely stay here again."

"Laundry on site, the hotel was clean and in a good location. Our thermostat would automatically turn off every couple of hours though so it got very hot in the room. When it would turn off it would wake us up in the middle of the night as it was very hot in the room. (26+ Celsius) The front desk wasn’t sure how to help or how to fix it and they didn’t end up helping the situation which was not ideal. Overall the stay was decent otherwise."

"Our room was lovely with a clear view of Mt Fuji. The bathtub was deep, the executive lounge was inviting and had lattes and matcha and snacks. The breakfast wasn’t as good as the other 3 hotels we stayed in, but it was solid. Shibuya is a pretty overwhelming place, but overall we liked being so close to the station."

"This hotel was wonderful! The location is great and close to shibuya crossing, but it is tucked away enough so that it’s much more peaceful and quiet. There’s a 7/11 and lawson not even a 2 minute walk away. The staff here are incredibly friendly and very helpful. The cafe was great and the laundry worked well! I couldn’t recommend a stay here enough. When we go back we will likely be booking here again."

"Si vas con maletas no es muy buena ubicación. Porque la estación más cerca si está a 700 metros caminando, y con maletas si se hace más complicado. Si no vas con mucho equipaje no hay problema."

"Great hotel. Aesthetic design. Friendly international staff. Amazing breakfast - very worth it. We booked one of the smaller rooms. The small rooms are oppressively tiny. No space for anything including walking. You can barely open the door without bumping into the bed. An extra foot in each direction and some wall hooks would make a lot of difference. The bed is comfortable and overall we had a great stay…. But the size of the room is shocking when you first walk in. No space for luggage but...
