"The room itself is very lovely. A bit of a tight squeeze but extremely nice pillows and a beautiful bathroom/shower. The whole flat gives a luxury feel. Originally arriving straight from the airport was a little bit stressful, as we didn’t have service yet and there is no button to ring the il Divino room. "The staff are a credit to this hotel, so welcoming and friendly. The room itself was okay, we had a room with a spa tub and sauna. On the surface this is great, however, it made everything in the room quite damp. The bed wasn’t comfortable and had I realised from the picture that it was a Murphy bed I would have chosen this room.
