"There was a minor glitch at check in and the host responded immediately! This rental had everything you could need and more! Kitchen appliances and supplies were great. Lots of towels and blankets. Wonderful place for those who love being in and on the water.We spent most of our indoor time on the screened in porch with had couches, a table and rocking chairs.Fire pits stocked with plenty of wood and lots of outdoor seating to take in the sunsets.This rental is located next to a public boat...

"Lois greeted me and was very welcoming, showed me some of Paul’s woodwork and showed me around the cabin and grounds. It was extremely peaceful and cozy, very close to bigelow and flagstaff, and a nice fire pit out back, cool outdoor kitchen and comfy bed. I was happy and grateful. "

"Property is beautiful and clean. This is a great location for accessibility for things to do in the area! We went white water rafting and hiking in Houston Falls. Also super close to ATV trails and Boat launch. I'll be bringing my kayak back with us next time! Thanks again for our accomodations."

"Very clean, owner nearby and responsive to all requests. This is not the Taj Mahal, but it serves it purpose. Will consider again next visit to Hartland."

"We had a wonderful time at the cabin! Plenty of room for our family (us parents and our three teenagers) to spread out, and we had everything we needed to make our own meals in the kitchen. Loved sitting on the porch in the morning with our tea and watching the world wake up! Excellent home base for white water rafting in the area - would stay here again."

"We had a wonderful stay during school vacation week. We planned to ski all week, but weather had other plans and closed all the lifts, so we had a lot of extra time at the house. We lost electricity and they were out within 45 minutes to hook up the generator for us. Owner/Mgmt company was super responsive to any messages sent. "The house was very comfortable. Grass and lake well maintained. Plenty of towels and the whirlpool bath was very a nice bonus. Kayaks were fun. "

"Blake’s cabin was an amazing place! Check in was easy and it was just what my family needed on our travels. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with what we needed to make a good breakfast. Appreciated the use of the charcoal grill with a propane option as well. I only wish we could have stayed longer. Perhaps we will get to do that on the next trip. I could lay on that dock observing wildlife for days!"

"Perfect location for our family trip! Quiet setting on the water but not too far from bigger cities. We really loved it and having two smaller cabins on the property for other family members was a plus!! Would definitely stay again!! "

"The house was as described, plenty of space for the whole family, we had a stay of 9 with no issues. Property owner was onsite and awaiting our arrival, l can't say that's a normal thing, but was very helpful in learning our way around the property. The location was great for us, the drive to the coast was just under an hour. Plenty of great fishing around the area was a big plus for us as well. "

"It was clean and comfortable. The lake is gorgeous. Fireworks over the lake on the 4th. The two kayaks provided were a special bonus and so much fun. An unexpected gem in rural Maine!"

"The property was located in a peaceful wooded area. We enjoyed all the natural beauty surrounding us as we looked out the many windows downstairs. The house was roomy, comfortable, and well equipped, including lobster pots for us to have a proper Maine experience. My father-in-law needed a downstairs bedroom with his own bathroom and tub, so this property was perfect for that. Justin was very responsive when we had any inquiries. We would definitely recommend.
