"Had an awesome time at this cabin! It was a bit cozy for four guys, but honestly, it worked out just fine. Super clean, comfy, and made a great basecamp as we explored fishing holes in the area. The location was spot on—close to trails and nature, but also near town.Becky, our host, was great. Super quick to respond and gave us helpful tips on what to do around the area. Would definitely recommend this place for a small group or family looking to unwind and enjoy the outdoors."

"The cottage is very cozy, clean, and well-equipped with things like large screen TV, wi-fi, dishwasher, washer & dryer, and air conditioning upstairs. Laurie is so nice and she texts you back immediately if you have a question about something. Cross Lake is gorgeous with great kayaking (there is a kayak and paddle board for guests to use), plenty of perch to catch, and a family of loons. Aroostook County is beautiful and all the people are so nice. I am looking forward to coming back next...

"This simple cabin is a great place to stay! Check in was easy. The kitchen and baths were clean. We only had 6 people but the cabin has three levels and would probably fit 17 people to sleep. The covered porch was perfect for relaxing. We met the owner and he was very friendly and enjoyable to talk to. The stay was very laid back. The property is close to town and amenities. We would love to go back and stay longer!"

"My wife and I could not have been happier with the cabin we stayed in. It was well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. "It was a great 3 weeks stay for my hubbie, myself and our 2 dogs.Mr. Willy was a very attentive host or property manager.It was so fun to sit and watch all the different kinds of water fowl swimming flying eating .Sinclair is a really peaceful and a quiet and cute little town. Everyone in Maine is so nice and welcoming."

"Home was clean and srtting was beyond beautiful! We had a lovely week visiting my hometown for our annual family reunion and this was an excellent spot. Gorgeous lake access, sun room streaming with light, large living space and clean, well stocked kitchen.
