"If you want to rent the guest house and the loft to different people who don’t know each other, you need to put a door on the guest house, so the guest house has privacy, as the people that rented the loft had to keep apologetic every single time they walked through, it’s not very fair on the people who rent the guest house, it also gives people the option to leave the door open or closed, both parties felt very awkward."

The house is absolutely stunning, with plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy. The views were nothing short of breathtaking, and the peaceful, secluded setting made it feel like a true escape. Yet, we were only 10 minutes from the heart of Bathurst, which made exploring the local area easy and enjoyable. We thoroughly loved our stay and couldn’t recommend Old Alloway...

"It was a wonderful stay with Teresa and exploring her property. Our kids had a great time exploring her property and feeding the ponies and sheep. Her clever dogs kept us company as we explored the property, making it very relaxing to explore with our kids. Nice and clean little accomodation. Keen to go back. "

"This place is amazing it’s so beautiful every detail is thought of and the hosts are amazing. For all ages. Going in winter yes can be cold but the house heating and activities were not hindered in any way. We cannot wait to have another stay there soon. Highly recommend. Kids grandparents teens dog all perfect. The animals and wildlife birds echidnas kangaroos deer even the cows we helped feed. "

"Beautiful home, and amazing country views. The beds are very comfortable and there's plenty of room inside to spend time together or to spread out if in a group. About a 30min winding road drive to Mudgee so make sure you are stocked up on arrival and check with any wine tour operators about pick up locations. A lovely stay, thank you."
