"the room was clean ,the staff was very good, the room was stuffy (very humid)and right in front of the a/c units, water for shower wasnt hot and last day we didnt have any hot water..none! ocean front view was perfect,but the room was very overpriced!! oh yeah..the host at the front by the door tricked us into a timeshare presentation that she said was 90 min ended up being over 2 hours even with the freebees it was a gross misrepresentation and a complete waste of valuable time!!"

"My room at this hotel was clean, I did have a few spots on the bed topper and pillow but they bought new ones. The air on the room is great but in the hallway waiting on an elevator and in the elevator was extremely hot. Housekeeping made a lot of noise in the early morning time also."
