Absolutely love this place! It was so clean and so many things for the kids to do. Right on the beach was a plus and the ocean front view was spectacular! I will definitely be back!

This place looks nothing like the pictures. It is super dirty, the mattress’s are dirty. Not family friendly, people smoking pot everywhere. There were parties going on in the rooms surrounding mine.

It was a great room with the following exceptions Balcony door was off the track which they fixed right away They had a coffee pot but no cups which was corrected right away They didn't have hair conditioner and the only body soap they had was the small bar that cheaper hotels use. We ended up leaving one day early because of the weather There was construction going on at the hotel

The check in is confusing to say the least. The inside looks like a ghetto apartment building or something. People hanging out yelling and screaming in the hallways at night. The room was clean though. We did have an oceanfront room but it was a little further away than i thought. The pool doesn't seem to be filtering well. A snack machine would've been nice. My last complaint is the bathroom shower was extremely close to the toilet even my 5 year old had trouble getting in and she's very small.

I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately my experience was disappointing. While the pool area was okay and usable, the rest of the stay did not meet expectations. The room was not clean upon arrival, and some of the sheets had noticeable stains, which was very concerning. The bathtub also had drainage issues, with water not draining properly during use. Additionally, there was a strong smell of weed throughout the hotel, which made the environment uncomfortable. Overall, I would not recommend staying here unless improvements are made in cleanliness, maintenance, and overall atmosphere.

Property under construction, our room had some damage in it and we were there for 5/6 nights/days. Kitchenette is a nice touch and the beds are comfortable. Shower was horrible and water pressure not good. No housekeeping for the whole time. No way to call front desk. Wasn’t able to get an automated wake up call and the woman working the night shift fell asleep herself as I woke her up on checking out. Outdoor pools are nice, indoor pools are convenient but the are is loud and not much room if parents want to supervise. It’s not a 5 star but 3.5 is fair to say.

The pool was nice. The property is being remodeled so check-in was across the street and accessing the building was somewhat complicated. There is 24 hour security in the parking garage which was nice. We had a decent view of the ocean. We were told our room would be cleaned on day 2 of our 4 day stay, but that didn't happen. The beds and pillows were mediocre at best. We went and got additional coffee from the makeshift lobby. Overall, it was ok, but I would wait until it is completed prior to staying there again.

We love staying at the captain quarters resort its always pleasant to stay here staff is friendly walking distance to family kingdom cafe's restaurants stores boardwalk and many more kids enjoy the pools and hot tubs resort definitely recommend

This is the first resort that I had to pay for parking and an upfront damage fee for the room. The bowling alley is being renovated, and we did not get the chance to experience it. This was the only reason I chose to stay here, was the onsite bowling alley because our family loves to bowl. The game room was very small with limited games offered. The parking was limited, but they did have an overflow across the street. The room was spacious, but I had to clean the bathroom again. The staff was friendly. I only stayed because a friend hyped it up more than what it actually is. I don't think we will be revisiting here.
