"This place was charming and the backyard was so peaceful and beautiful. We only stayed for one night (our last night before catching our plane leaving Portugal). The rooms are on the cozy size but the huge backyard patio and garden with chickens and two friendly cat more than entertained our 7 year old. Breakfast was served early and VERY delicious and varied. They were able to accommodate one of our travel companions who is gluten free. Communication with the property easy with quick responses."

"Beautiful property over looking the sea on top of a huge rock formation and a cliff along the side- The property is in a beautiful village town. The room with the balcony was amazing The only thing I would suggest is that the room might need a little bit changes - remove the rug, put tile floors or wood floors and maybe add an area rug. "Good location near to the pretty town Obidos, nice well kept property and a feeling of calmness. Good cold breakfast pre-ordered and laid out at a specified time. Unfortunately our arrival was on the day of the massive power outage that affected most of Europe, so normal dining facilities in the area were not available."

"The property is great, however very hard to get to if coming from lisbon. If planning to come, highly recommend renting a car. The golf course and restaurants were great! The apartments are very specious and newly renovated. We enjoyed our stay and will come back again. The resort was not very busy, we had the pool to ourselves for the day. "

"Dining at the pousada leaves much to be desired. The staff was very attentive however it appears that the problem was in the kitchen. It took us about an hour and a half to get our order. I ordered a steak which was raw and was served with fried potato peels. My wife ordered risotto which was good. There were only two other tables with customers. There were also flies buzzing about the dining room."
