"Wonderful place to stay in a very peaceful neighborhood. The pool is a wonderful private oasis as the name implies. The home is spacious and clean."

"We enjoyed our stay while visiting Texas Tech. Very spacious home with privacy for 2 couples to share. Short drive to campus with off street parking for 2 vehicles. Only complaint was that it was warm at night, however the host did provide fans for each of the bedrooms which helped. "

"Older property needing upgrading. Appears to be a work in progress. Very roomy, but minimally furnished; such as large living room with only one sofa, no other seating in the room…bring some chairs with you if you need a place to sit. Large master bathroom, but lacks a toilet paper holder. No nightstands in the master bedroom. Didn’t realize we needed to check on those kind of things before booking, just expected them to be there. Will inquire further before any future booking. The price...

"This is such a great property, and so is the host! Everything was well maintained and super clean and more than enough room for everyone who came with us. The backyard is LOVELY and the bar and patio area were awesome. The pool was pretty much why we picked this one, and it didn't disappoint!! Super clean, and the water was great. I could not recommend this one more."

"While in town visiting family for the holidays we quite enjoyed our stay here. The house is beautiful and we appreciated the game room amenities as well. The kitchen is always a natural gathering spot during holidays, and this one does not disappoint. It had a dining table and den seating where everyone could spread out but still be close enough to enjoy our time together. The beds were comfy, lots of space to relax and enjoy family time.
