"The room was clean and comfortable. House keeping were so nice especially Suzanne. Reception was terrible, don’t have the basic of hospitality and how to be welcoming or of help with situations. In general, if you want to be around old down town and see the real Alexnadria, you can benefit from the location but rather than that, it is not the best place to enjoy a good, comfy and quiet stay. "Le Metropole is definitely the best hotel in Alexandria, and our best in Egypt. The minute you step in, you feel special. Loved the historical grandiose and the tentative service. View from our sea view room was great and so is the view from the rooftop restaurant. Breakfast has a great variety. We ate in the rooftop restaurant everyday and food was delicious. "Great ocean view and beautiful beaches surround. Location is near shops, restaurants & touristic destinations. Also accessible to Uber rides in and out no complications. You would find staffers are very attentive if you come here. Certainly Mustafa, Hisham, Abeer & Osama all communicate very well and good English speakers. Nothing has gone wrong in this short stay. I recommend. "
