"After having problems getting into the cabin our stay went very well. The drive getting to the cabin was a little rough but we took it slow and had no problems. The highlight of our stay was sitting on the deck listening to the birds. The cabin is secluded and is so quiet and peaceful. We’d love to come back sometime. "

"This is by far the best place we have stayed in. We were there Aug. 18-23 Our family, daughter, son in law and 2 grands met us there to celebrate husband/dad's retirement. The accommodations were top notch. The enclosed porch was a favorite spot. And with a beautiful kitchen so well equipped there was no reason to go out to eat. "

"We enjoyed our overnight stay at the house. It was clean and just as described. Enjoyed food at the Hurricane Marina and fished near by. I appreciated K cups being available in the morning so I could drink my coffee with a view!"

"Booked this property for a birthday weekend since we also booked a boat at the nearby marina. The property was so cute and well decorated, super clean and nice and the beds and couches were really comfortable as well! I can’t wait to stay here again!"

"We loved our stay. Beautiful view and property. Had everything we needed and the owners were helpful and accommodating! We came to the area for Burgess Falls (which was breathtaking… we did the hiking overlook trail and then also kayaked with a guide to the base of the falls) It was a great adventure. The property description lists Burgess as closer than it is… it is a 35-40 minute drive but worth it! "

"We do not recommend booking this property. Unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory due to several concerns. Upon arrival, we were met with an unpleasant odor as soon as we opened the door. The living room rug had multiple large stains, and the bedding "appeared" to have been previously used. There were crumbs on the kitchen countertops, and the kitchen floor was so sticky that it was uncomfortable to walk on.The overall cleanliness of the property did not meet our expectations,...

"There were nine of us and we fit comfortably. House is settled in trees, no lake view. Nice community pool within walking distance. Sits on a very nice lake. Beautiful master suite and two lower level bedrooms. Other room in basement is accessed through one of the bedrooms. Overall is clean and beautifully decorated. "

"The property was very clean. The host was quick to address any questions or concerns I had. The boat launch so close to the tiny house was a bonus.The lake was so beautiful."

"This is the most adorable little place! It was clean, airy, and very convenient to the local hiking and sightseeing areas. The gate on the driveway limits access, giving a feeling of safety above and beyond the usual. Will definitely be staying again!"

"We stayed the weekend at Bear Bluff retreat to hike nearby state parks and view the waterfalls. It was perfect! The cabin is exactly as pictured. Everything is new and the amenities are well thought out giving you everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is convenient and the view is spectacular! We loved sitting on the balcony enjoying the sunsets and peace each evening and a calm cup of coffee each morning. The star gazing is amazing! I haven’t seen that many stars in years....
