"Very cool building for a unique stay. I loved all of the fact boards that they posted throughout the hallways. I would say that the only negative was our room was next to a connecting room and you could hear the people in the other room pretty clearly. "

"I stayed here with six friends and it was perfect for everything we wanted! If offers plenty of space, is in the perfect location, was extremely clean, and offered a truly unique, amazing experience for a long weekend getaway. The views from the rooftop are unmatched too! I really appreciate the host, he was very communicative and made it a great experience. Highly recommend, I hope to stay here again. "

"This house was absolutely beautiful! Such history! We were pleased with the size of the house. We had a four-year-old and two under two years old. We took our own pack 'n' plays and used the tall chairs for the kids. We highly recommend this home for others to stay. Enjoy the history, beauty, and large spaces. "

"This place was very quaint. It’s a little hard to move around the kitchen area but it’s possible. The upstairs has enough space for everyone to be in their own space and they utilize the space well. They make sure you have enough fans and heaters. The bathroom is stocked and I am sure if you are missing anything they would be glad to help. Would stay again "

"I was so glad we chose your property over a hotel. It was a beautiful neighborhoo. We met one neighbor who was really nice. "It was a nice place to stay. I will say however as mentioned there is only what is mentioned. We assumed kleenex would be there. But there was none. It is pet friendly and although we did not bring our fur baby you most definitely smelled the past fur babies. But was not enough to bother too much. Just wiffs now and then. Otherwise the kids loved it. We loved it and not a bad drive to where we needed to go. Would stay again. Thank you. "

"We had a large group who were in town for a wedding at Powell Gardens. The accommodations were perfect. It allowed us to have our own rooms and space and come together for meals and entertainment. This place is very well appointed. Loved the separate apartment. Everyone had fun playing ping pong, and the other games. Great place to stay!!!"

"Came on a 1-day trip w family of 5 (3 teens) bf a wknd bball tourney. Wanted more space than a traditional hotel (3+ beds, 2 bathrooms) without breaking the bank and this fit the bill. Check-in was easy (altho u do have to complete a pre-check w ID and some signatures online several hrs prior), and host communication was great. "This place was perfect for our getaway to Kansas City. We really loved exploring 39th St. So being so close to that was wonderful.That said, we spent time at 18th and Vine and actually all over Kansas City in this place was well located for us.Jim is a great communicator and may check in easy."
