"Overall clean space and super easy check in/out. Location is on a quiet street/neighborhood which is nice. Not full a/c in rooms but had two floor fans; was hot in summertime but manageable for a short stay. Had a nice deadbolt on door to lock it. Awkward entrance as you go through the back of the house and all the way around the property, but it isn't terrible. A bit of a dead zone for Verizon but T-mobile was OK; Wi-Fi was available which was needed. Good for easy overnight stay and cheaper...

"What amazing stay! We can't say enough good things about this house in Ocean Bay Park. Our group included four couples and an 18 month old, and there was more than enough space for all of us to be together or take some time apart. The living area is big, with seating for many in front of the tv. The kitchen is very well supplied and roomy enough for a few people to cook meals together. "This property is steps away from the ferry, steps away from the beach and steps away from food, drinks and music. We had a great time. Cassie greeted us and made sure we had everything we needed!!!! She also went out of her way to make my daughters 21st birthday special. Highly recommend this property."

"This waterfront property was clean and nicely decorated. Loved sitting outside at night in front of the fire pit table! Great neighborhood and only a five minute drive to the train station. Would definitely stay again!"

"We wanted an inexpensive place to stay out on Long Island for July 4th weekend. We were a 15-20 minute drive to the beautiful beaches of Robert Moses and a 2 hour drive from Montauk.We were able to stay for a very reasonable price over a notoriously expensive weekend.Jenelle's communication was direct, welcoming and helpful.We would definitely stay here again!"

"This was probably the most outstanding property we have ever rented...and we travel and rent all over the country frequently. The home is beautiful, immaculate and so serene. It sits on a property that is breathtaking. You feel like you are at a fancy hotel but the entire property is yours and yours alone. We watched baby swans, ducks and fireflies at night.
