"The room was clean but not spotless, the floors were very dirty, and the biggest complaint was that there was no hot water on the day we arrived after flying across the world to stay in iceland. there was only hot water the next morning."

"Excellent stay...I booked two nights upon arrival and one night on my way out. This was the best place I stayed at during my 10-day trip. I arrived very early in the morning and I was offered breakfast and allowed to check in early which allowed me to shower and take a nap. The staff is very kind and knowledgeable and gave me some good tips for local things to do in the city. The 24-hour chat support was very helpful, and they kindly accommodated our late checkout request. When the laundry on our floor was broken, they quickly arranged for us to use another floor, which we really appreciated. Overall, it was a comfortable and well-managed stay, and we felt taken care of throughout."

We like tea in the evening and there was no hot water. We brought our own tea. So along with the coffee that was always there a pot of hot water would be nice.
