"I would like to commend the service we received, upon check in and check out everything went smoothly. We arrived early on the day of check in and requested our bags to be stored , instead we were told that we could check in to our rooms instead! Also on the day of check out the team made it easy for us to store our luggage whilst we explored Amsterdam. "A bijou property that was originally a bridge house with views across the canal. There is heat which was needed as cold this week. Unfortunately there is traffic noise. There is no sink in bathroom but we squeezed the shower gel to cover our hands and then washed our hands in the bedroom sink. There are cupboards for clothes and cups, plates, cutlery and hairdryer. If you like different you will enjoy this experience."
