Summary:
Two houses from the beach, sparkling clean and fully equipped!
This newly renovated home is just a few minutes' walk to Singer Island's beautiful uncrowded beach. Centrally located within walking distance to multiple restaurants, tennis courts, sand volleyball courts, snorkeling, and of course the beach. This house has everything you will need to feel like you are staying at your own beach home, including Netflix, Hulu, Prime, ESPN-Plus, and Disney plus. Tv's in all bedrooms. Pets welcome!

The Space:

We have enhanced our cleaning protocols based on recommendations from the CDC. We want you to know that we’re doing our part to help our guests stay safe by cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched surfaces (light switches, doorknobs, cabinet handles, remotes, and more.) before you check in.

KITCHEN AND DINING
Wake up each morning of your stay and brew fresh coffee to take to the beach and watch the sunrise.
Come back and cook breakfast in the fully equipped kitchen stocked with spices, pots and pans and plenty of dinnerware. Enjoy at the large mahogany dining room table or out back in your private yard.

LIVING AREAS
Enjoy family game night and a drink after dinner in the spacious, screened-in Florida room with plenty of seating. Or sit back and relax in the living room which features a large leather sectional and New 75" TV with streaming capabilities. We have Disney Plus, ESPN Plus, Hulu, Netflix and Amazon Prime.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS / BEDROOMS and BATHS
Boasting three large bedrooms, this house can comfortably sleep 10 in total making it an ideal space for a larger family or group. (If you have a large family with a lot of kids, email me and I can offer some alternative sleeping choices. We have just added a sleeper sofa in the living room, and a single pull out bed in the second bedroom).

The master bedroom features a king bed, a large dresser, nightstand, a whole entire wall space of closets, a ceiling fan, and a spacious walk-in shower in the en-suite bathroom.

A comfy Sleep Number queen bed is in the second bedroom, with plenty of storage space, and another en-suite bathroom with double sink vanity.

The third bedroom features a fun bunk bed arrangement with wide stairs (that double as storage) leading up to a twin bunk that's atop two full-size beds.

Leaving for the beach? We provide beach equipment including a cooler, beach chairs, beach floats, boogie boards and new beach towels. Also lots of sand toys for the kids.

Coming Back from the beach? Our newest addition is a beautiful outdoor shower with wooden deck- you won't want to shower indoors again!

Guest Amenities:
Complimentary Wi-Fi, Washer/Dryer, extra beach towels, toilet paper, soap and shampoo. Gas grill
Each bedroom is outfitted with large, brand new TVs with full streaming capabilities.

Guests enjoy the entire home and yard. Driveway accommodates up to 4 cars as well.

The Neighborhood:
Located on Singer Island, Florida, you are just a few minutes' walk from the beach, making it the perfect family or couple beach getaway.
Grab a bite to eat or a drink a few blocks away at Johnny Longboats, go snorkeling under the Blue Heron Bridge, or walk to the beach, just 500 steps from your beach getaway house.
Also within several miles of world-class golf courses, peanut island, several great surf spots, state parks, shopping and dining.

Getting Around:
Beach Access is across Ocean Ave. No need to drive. Ocean Reef Park and multiple restaurants also within a five-minute walk as well. If you are flying in from out of town, this beach getaway is located 13 miles from Palm Beach International Airport (PBI) Or an hour drive from Fort Lauderdale Airport (FLL).
Driveway Parking available that easily fits four vehicles.

This is the perfect house for a beach trip. The house is stocked with most everything you would want to take to the beach which saves you time and space from having to bring them. The house was one of the cleanest we have ever booked on VRBO. The owner communicated timely throughout the booking. Would definitely like to return to this property in the future.

We had an amazing week! Julie was great to work with and took genuine interest in our reason for staying and became an excellent resource in helping to plan some of our activities. The house was nicely appointed and just as described. Check in and check out was super easy. The house is located near everything you would want to do and a short walk to the beach. A great option for those wanting to be near the beach but not in a condo or hotel!!

Ideal location, wonderful home & excellent management. Walked to gorgeous Singer Island beach using the HOA's lush beach access. Owner provided top quality beach chairs, umbrellas, toys & bogie boards ensured fun and comfort for the entire family. The 4 top quality owner provided adult bikes with helmets allowed us to enjoy the very bikeable Singer Island parks and restaurants. The home is perfect for a family vacation; exceptionally clean and well maintained with plenty of space for game playing or finding a quiet spot for reading as well a fully equipped kitchen for family cooking fun. Owner is an outstanding host which made our reservation, move-in and move-out process very efficient. This is our 2nd stay at this property and the entire family is asking "when can we go back!"

I had thanksgiving here and she made sure I had everything that I needed. The property was in great shape, came with bikes, all the beach gear you could need and a lovely hot tub! The bedrooms with the best blankets, beds, pillows, and lovely bathrooms made the place feel like home!

This is our second time staying with Julie and we continue to be so grateful to have found this house. Julie provided thoughtful details to make our stay seamless and comfortable. The house is incredibly comfortable with abundant amenities (Disney+, Netflix, etc). The location is idyllic; close to the beach and activities. Cannot recommend highly enough.

The house is beautiful and extremely clean. They have everything you need there, even for the kids! I didn’t have to overpack or go to the store when I got there because I forgot hygiene products or shampoo- she was stocked! She made sure we knew were everything was, gave us awesome recommendations for places to eat and things to do around the island. The hot tub is a perfect place to relax after a full day of exploring! We will definitely stay again!

We could not have been happier. Beautiful, very clean home. Hot tub, great backyard, close to the beaches. The owner met us at the door, and could give lessons in how to be the perfect host. I am not exaggerating, she thought of everything, and made us feel right at home immediately. Looking forward to returning to this property.

Beautiful house just a few minutes walk from the beach. Exceptionally clean with everything you need…from a hot tub and gas grill to beach toys and bikes! Check in was great, our host met us there and walked us through everything we needed to know. We would definitely stay there again… it’s a very delightful place!

We had a 1-month stay at this wonderful and cozy beach house! The location is great! Just a block away from an amazing beach! We loved our walks around Singer Island, and especially at night around our neighborhood. Julie and Kevin are amazing hosts! They made it super easy for us to feel at home during our stay, and made sure we had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation!

Great house with lots of perks! Very clean, big hot tub, comes with loads of toys for the kids and all the beach gear you need. Outdoor shower was amazing and the kids loved watching the geckos as we ate lunch outside in the shade every day. Communicating with the hosts was incredibly easy and they went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. Beach is very close: a 30 second drive or 5 min walk. Would definitely return.

Our extended family descended on Florida from all around the country to share a Thanksgiving with our elderly mother. This place made it possible-- many of us could stay in the house while the remainder stayed across the street at the amazingly convenient Hilton. We gathered there, cooked there; relaxed there. It made the holiday work!

This is a great property, that was super clean and open. It had everything we needed, and Julie and Kevin were absolutely on top of their game making sure we were well taken care of! I recommend anyone stay here that likes that area. The beach is super close walk, 4-5minutes and there is parking if you need to bring supplies. Thanks for the great vacation!!

Everything about this house is perfect. Has 3 bedrooms that are outfitted perfectly with comfy beds, beach themed decorations and lots of closet space. The sunroom was our favorite feature for sure. The Host was awesome and has provided everything you will need to enjoy a beach vacation. Will definitely stay here again!
