This is an excellent ocean view condo in the Palm Beach Marriott (r) Resort and Spa on Singer Island. Recently awarded the 2020 Traveller Review Award from Booking.com, this spectacular 4.5 resort is directly on the ocean. As Manager, we at Singer Island Rentals, offer the lowest rates in Palm Beach Marriott (r) Resort and Spa on Singer Island where this private condo is located in it's main building.

In-Room Amenities:
- Washer/dryer and upgraded kitchen appliances
- Basic cooking tools
- Utensils, dishes and glasses
- Bed linens and bath towels

Guests have free access to:
- Fitness Center
- 3 restaurants ( 3800 Ocean, Reef Tiki Bar, Lagoon Cantina)
- 2 pool areas one including a kid's designated water slide and waterfall
- Free towels available at pool for your use at the pools and the beach

Other on-site amenities offering paid services include:
- Snorkeling + beach activities
- The Kid's Club
- The Si Spa (full service spa)
- Beach chair rentals

Fees to note:
- The only on-site parking opportunity is valet parking, provided at an additional fee by Marriott (r)

- There is an in-room internet charge of $9.95/day for up to 5 users. Owner of the unit will reimburse $9.95/day when receipt is submitted.

The unit was spacious and well-appointed. Location was excellent. The rental agency was responsive as well. One recommendation would be some flexibility re check-in time (within reason). We inquired about checking in at 3:30, but received a standard response although the unit was ready at 4:00 on the dot. Overall, I would definitely recommend this condo! Beach is gorgeous too.

Wonderful stay! The condo was exactly as pictured—spacious, clean, and comfy. The host was very responsive with excellent communication, and the hotel staff were so friendly and helpful. The resort was beautiful, and the pools/kids’ area were amazing—our kids had a blast! Perfect spot for families, and we’ll definitely book again.Only tiny notes: the spare room Wi-Fi didn’t connect and no dishwasher starter kit was left—but neither took away from a great trip!

Excellent!,

I would highly recommend this property. It is exactly as advertised with lots of room, well equipped and tons to do. We walked to restaurants, strolled the gorgeous beach, and enjoyed the Marriott’s amenities. We had a fantastic stay!

The apartment was lovely. We enjoyed the south view which gave us both the ocean and the waterway with the city in the background. We felt it could have been better equipped with soap kitchen towels Trach bags etc. We should not have had to get that, which we ended up doing.

Great condo, very clean and it easily accommodated my family of 6. I highly recommend this property to anyone with kids. Friendly staff, water slide and a great beach.

Great location with amazing view!!

We stayed at this unit for several days with our family. It has a great setup for a family with two bedrooms, well appointed kitchen and family room. I worked on my laptop with an amazing view in the master bedroom. 😎 We extended our stay since it was so nice!! We can't wait to stay again.
