The owner was very responsive and kind enough to allow us a bit of an earlier check in since we were arriving earlier than anticipated. "Beautiful stay at this luxury resort. High end facility, wonderful and friendly staff, gorgeous beach. Only drawback was the air conditioning in the bedroom was not effective, therefore the room was very warm at night. Not a deal breaker, we would definitely return. Overall, beautiful unit and resort!"

I was disappointed that the unit was only on the 4th floor, as I read reviews on here that it was on the 21st floor. The listing doesn't specifically indicate which floor, so that would have been helpful to know ahead of time.
